Luxury two bedroom apartment in the exclusive Oasis Del Sur area of Los Cristianos with large well furnished lounge with TV(British Sky stations), DVD and a radio/CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and washing machine. An iron and iron board are provided. The apartment is fitted with grey polished marble flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a spacious en-suite complete with shower/ Jacuzzi corner bath, vanity unit and WC. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. There is a large south west facing balcony with sunbeds, patio table and 6 chairs which receives the sun all afternoon & looks over Los Cristianos town.

Changeover day
Bookings normally taken Friday to Friday. We will try to be flexible regarding access to the apartments on arrival and departure, where we have concurrent bookings normal check in time is no earlier than 2pm and latest departure on check out is 10am.

Notes on accommodation
This beautiful apartment, located whithin the Dinastia complex is ideally suited for families or two couples sharing a holiday. A safe deposit box is provided. We have a selection of CDs and DVDs for your enjoyment. BBC 1/2, ITV and C4 are provided. The apartment is regularly visited throughout the year to maintain it to an excellent standard and cleanliness. This is strictly a non-smoking / no pets apartment.

Travel
Tenerife south airport is a short 15 min drive away. Car hire from the airports and a very good bus system is available. We can offer an optional to/ from the airport service direct to the apartment for 20euros.

Dinastia is ideally suited for those looking for a luxurious holiday apartment in peaceful surroundings. This private residential complex is set away from the town centre so does not suffer from late night noise but is it very close to many good quality restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. The nearby taxi rank provides easy accessibility to the nearby resorts of Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Golf, fishing, diving, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, water skiing, windsurfing are all available. Dolphin and whale watching together with other excursions are available. There are stunning surreal views on a cable car trip ascending Mount Teide and Loro Park situated in Puerto de la Cruz is a great day out for the children. There is also the new superb water fun park, Siam park.
Booking notes
A £100 refundable security bond will be required on booking and can be used as your initial deposit. The full rental amount is then due for payment 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required for late bookings which are within 8 weeks of departure. A named responsible adult over the age of 21 is required to be included on all bookings. Sorry we do not take bookings from singles groups. if you need to look for flights etc, just email us We can reserve /hold dates for two days.
