Villa Azahar is a detached villa on a quiet side road on Tamaragua, La Capellania and is only 5 minutes drive from Corralejo centre (4km). There is a planted garden at the front of the villa with a private drive and patio area. The rear of the villa is tiled around the pool with grassed and planted areas, a shower and a private kidney shaped pool (heated from November to April). Villa Azahar is a 2 minute walk from the local supermarket and 2 bars.

Changeover day
Any arrival/departure days with 5 day min stay. Day of arrival the villa is available from 1500 hours. Day of departure guests are required to vacate by 1000 hours. Earlier entry/later departure by arrangement if no prior or follow on guests.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed whilst the second larger bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. |

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fitted to three sides in light beech with black work surfaces and has a stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, oven and grill. Fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave and a large fridge freezer. |

| Living Rooms: | A large lounge with a high ceiling helps to keep the room cooler during the hot summer months. The lounge includes dining area, TV (UK & local channels) and DVD player with a library of DVDs and CD player. |

Accessibility
The area around the villa and to the supermarket etc is all level ground and poses no diffilculties for persons with walking difficulties.
Outside
Four sun loungers are provided along with outdoor patio furniture. A feature of the garden is the pergola built over the patio area, this is covered with Spanish tiles to create a shaded area complete with wooden table and chairs, ideal for breakfast alfresco or early evening drinks.
Coast/Beach
Flag Beach 7km (10 min drive) - swimming and surfing. El Cotillo and beach (20 min drive) - sheltered and surfing.
Golf
A new 9 hole course is now open in Corralejo. 45 minute drive to the nearest 18 hole course which is situated in Caleta De Fuste.
Travel
35 minutes drive from the airport (approx 38km). There are a number of car hire companies located within the airport terminal with reasonably priced taxis also being widely available. Car hire is recommended although taxis are easily available and local bus stop is within a two minute walk of the villa.
Distances
Corralejo 4km (5 min drive). By taxi approx 6 euros (£5), by bus 1.50 euro. Baku Water Park, Corralejo, 4 min drive. Caleta De Fuste 45 min drive. Villa Verde 5 min drive.
Further details
In Corralejo there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and of course not forgetting the Water Park, bowling alley, golf driving range and recently opened 9 hole golf course.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £75 is required on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. For bookings within the 6 week period full payment is required.
