Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, full oven, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, washing machine and table and chairs. Leads to private patio, with patio table and chairs and sunbeds. Upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with private balconies, one with partial sea view and double bed, the other with twin beds and a generous family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Lower floor consists of 2nd lounge leading to twin bedroom with en suite. An additional full size single foldaway bed is available. 2 mins walk to sea, 5 mins walk to safe, sandy beach and Barcelo Hotel.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Checking in from 3pm. Check out by 10am. on a changeover day, however we are flexible if there is no guest arrival on your check out day. Suitcases can be left at the property until you leave for your flight.

Private patio with furniture leading to 25m communal swimming pool and lovely landscaped gardens with bench seating.
Coast/Beach
Local Caleta beach is a safe sandy beach adjoined to the harbour and around a 5 min walk. Boat and fishing trips available from harbour and also worth visiting Harvey, the Caleta resident seal.
Travel
12 mins drive from Fuerteventura airport, so no need for car hire. Taxi fare is approximately 12 euros. Good local bus service to other resorts.
Further details
Lovely harbour with own resident seal 'Harvey'. Pleasure/fishing boat trips available and for the more adventurous, a diving school. Caleta beach is a safe man made beach, excellent for families. Colourful restaurants offering international cuisine including, Canarian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Portuguese, Greek and British cooking. There is a Thalassotherapy centre at the beach offering massage and beauty treatments. A cycle track can be followed along the beach to other bays and cycles can be hired locally.
Booking notes
£100 booking deposit due at time of booking with balance due 8 weeks before departure. A £150 damage deposit is payable and will be returned within 10 days of holiday end following a satisfactory inspection by out home management agent.
