You will be in a private and safe marine where you can walk to the beach, to the supermarket and to the yacht club with bar and big solarium and access to swim in the sea. Maspalomas beach and commercial centres are at about 5 minutes drive. Meloneras 18 holes golf course at a walking distance and Maspalomas and Salobre 18th golf courses at 10 minutes drive.

New 18 holes golf 'Meloneras' at a walking distance. At 5 minutes drive: two golf courses, Maspalomas and Salobre. Maspalomas is within the famous sand dunes of Maspalomas and Salobre is in a marvellous desert landscape.
Travel
Gran Canaria airport at about 20 minutes drive. It is recommended to hire a car.

About the owner
Four years now since I started to rent my family holiday house at Pasito Blanco. So many families I received at the airport whose children were expecting to discover their new house for a week. I am very lucky to say that many of them came back again, some every year. They say that the house is homely and Pasito Blanco a very nice and quiet place. I know that the swimming pool is not heated, I would like so much to convince the other owners to warm it with sun. But they just go during summer and may be it is the reason why the complex is so quiet.
The beach at the end of the street is not very big but nice enough to go walking and the children on their own. Then by car it is very easy to go to Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles, Amadores , Mogan so many beaches at 5 or 10 minutes driving !!!!
