Changeover day
Please note this Villa does not do any back to back rentals so you can be assured of the best possible service which also means no early vacating times on your departure. It will only be rented for a few weeks in the year.

This villa is the perfect haven for a family holiday, with plenty of facilities to keep the Adults and children happy, so if you love cooking,swimming,pampering,relaxing,playing games, golf, buliding sand castles or surfing the net, we have it all here at your disposal.
Accessibility
The villa itself is on one level but the garden is on two levels and there are stairs up to the second floor to the terrace if used.
Outside
Adjacent to the main heated swimming pool is to be found a professional outdoor kitchen incorporating gas hobs, oven, griddles and fryer, together with sink and refrigerated storage and a large authentic Spanish BBQ big enough to feed an army or a smaller gas BBQ for smaller meals.

Shaded sand pit and play area with toys together with heated kids pool ideal for non swimmers and babies.
Countless tropical plants and flowers, cacti garden, numerous seating areas to escape or be part of the action.

Coast/Beach
5 min to Caleta de Fuste beach and shopping centre which has cinema, bowling, bank and resturants. On certain days shows are on behind the centre facing the open sea.
Sometimes they also have bouncy castles and childrens entertainment. It is possible to walk to the centre which will take about 15min or there is a free bus service which runs about every hour around the Caleta area from the 5* hotel.
Golf
2 minutes walk to the clubhouse and first tee.
2 Min drive to the second golf course called Salinas.
Travel
Airport is about 20min away and costs. are average €15 by taxi.
