Outside
The complex has a large heated swimming pool with a separate children's pool area and has the advantage of all day sun. Large poolside sunbathing areas. 2 mins walk/100m to the beach, on site cafe/pool bar, restaurant, supermarket, beauty salon, and 24 hour security. Parque Santiago 1 is an impeccably maintained complex set in attractive gardens of palm trees and tropical flowers.
Coast/Beach
Front line complex 100m from the beach (2 mins walk). White sandy beaches, water sports nearby. The seafront promenade offers level walking to Los Cristianos and central Las Americas.
Golf
There are six local golf courses within 15/20 mins. Tenerife is a golfers paradise with many people returning year upon year for this sport.
Travel
Reina Sofia Airport (TFS) is a 15 min drive and costs around 25 euros in a taxi.
Distances
All amenities and excellent affordable dining are within close proximity to the complex. Car hire and car parking, taxi rank, doctors, pharmacy, banks and cash points, restaurants, designer shops and shopping malls. All are within very close proximity and level walking. Las Americas has a variety of bars and entertainment to suit all tastes. Further details
Siam Park is only 10 mins bus/car ride from the complex and is Tenerife's newest family attraction. It is the largest theme park with aquatic attractions in Europe. Siam Park boasts hair raising rides combined with exotic marine life and was designed with the help of Bangkok University's top professor of architecture. There is a distinct Thai feel with floating markets, pavilions and tea houses.
Booking notes
We ask for a £100 deposit per week on booking which is non refundable. Balance is paid (8) weeks prior to your holiday. We ask for a £200 deposit per week for the Christmas and New Year Period. We request the sex and ages of each person in each party on booking.
