The complex, Malibu Park, is popular with couples and families, due to its close proximity to all attractions. The terrace overlooks the Aqua Park - so you can enjoy watching the Dolphin Show while sipping a cool drink! 10 mins walk to the Siam Park, the worlds newest Water Park experience, which opened in September 2008!

| Bathrooms: | The bathroom has a spacious shower cabinet, wc and vanity unit. For your convenience, the bathroom also has a full sized washing machine. |
| Kitchen: | The American style kitchen is well equipped with breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, full oven and hob. All crockery and cutlery is provided. |
| Utility Room: | Ironing board and Iron. Brush, shovel, mop etc. Terrace has pull out clothes line (pegs supplied). |
| Living Rooms: | Bright spacious lounge area with patio doors leading onto terrace. There is a bed settee (sleeps two), 2 easy chairs, TV (BBC1 & 2 & ITV), DVD, CD player and floor standing fan. |
| Other: | Additional storage in large hall cupboard. DVDs, CDs, Books, Playing Cards etc. The terrace has a large patio table and four chairs. Remember to pack your binoculars for the views! |

Notes on accommodation
Malibu Park has a courtesy bus to nearby beaches and Del Duque Market (Thursday/Saturday am). This well maintained resort has 24 hr Reception, money changing facilities, on site supermarket, internet access, swimming pool with childrens section. For the smaller children, there is a new play area with swings, chutes etc. There is a poolside bar which shows nightly films/sporting events on a cinema sized screen. There are free sun loungers, laundry room, luggage room and lifts to all levels.
Coast/Beach
The resort is a 10 minute stroll (downhill) to San Eugenio Centre and a 15 minute stroll to Puerto Colon Beach.
Travel
The nearest airport is Tenerife South, a 15 minute taxi ride. The average cost of this journey is 25 euros.
Further details
Malibu Park is handy for everything! You have a variety of good restaurants within a couple of minutes walk of the apartment, or a choice of hundreds of bars / restaurants if you go to the beach areas. The resort of Los Cristianos is nearby if you run out of restaurants in Las Americas!
