Casa Indiana is located in the Los Claveles area of Playa Blanca. Los Claveles is a quiet residential area with good access to local amenities. Casa Indiana is spilt between 2 levels, with bedrooms on each, making it ideal for 2 families. Unique to this villa is a completely private roof terrace, which is accessed via internal stairs from the breakfast room. It's been designed to get the sun all day long and with being on the roof it is completely private. As well as the upper terrace which does offer shade during the middle of the day, you have around the pool another large south facing sun terrace with sun beds and table and chairs for outdoor dinning by the traditional Canarian BBQ. The large privately heated swimming pool, can be kept at a constant temperature all year with its solar and electric heating systems.

Notes on prices
Rates shown are for 5 persons: Please add £100 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 8 adults and 1 child in total. A deposit of 15% per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
The pool is solar heated, if you would like the electric back up heater this is an additional £85.00 Per week.
Changeover day
Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00pm to Thursday 10.00am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.

| Bedrooms: | There are 4 bedrooms in total. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and a further 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the other level. All the rooms are double, with twin beds (these can be pushed together to make king size beds). |
| Bathrooms: | The villa has 3 bathrooms. 2 upstairs (1 en-suite) and 1 more downstairs. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect from a property of this standard. Comprising of a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, hob, cutlery and crockery. |
| Living Rooms: | The living/dining room is more than ample in size. There's a large dining table with 8 chairs and the lounge has a comfortable 3 and 2 seater sofa. The villa also benefits from a large 32" LCD TV, DVD player (DVDs not supplied) and Satellite system. |

The villa is cleaned on arrival and all bedding and bath towels are supplied. However you must bring your own beach towels. |

Notes on accommodation
For 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 25 euros a week, per item.
A welcome pack - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava, Beer and Orange is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is within a 15 minute walk and called Playa Flamingo. It is a very nice family friendly beach with sheltered swimming, provided by the man made sea walls (giving almost a lagoon effect).
Travel
The only airport on the island is in Arrecife (Airport code - ACE). We can arrange airport transfers with a local company.
Distances
The island has much to do and see. Again we can organise trips around the island with the same company as the airport transfers. Alternatively we can organize car hire with a local hire English speaking hire company.
Further details
The villa has a small supermarket only 1 minute away and a taxi rank just down the road (2 minutes walk). So, although the centre of the villa is about a 20 minute walk, it is very easy to pick up a taxi at a cost of between 2-3 euros.
