It is close to superb coastal scenery, and also the dormant volcano Montana Roja which offers a great walk and magnificent views of the Southern and Western coastlines. Local shops and bars are a within a 10 minute walk, and the nearest beach is 5 minutes drive away. The swimming pool area is large and attractive with open spaces for sunbathing. Car parking is available within a few metres of the villa. Villa Montana Roja is ideal for a couple wanting to take a relaxing and romantic break, or for a family with younger children looking for safe beaches served by shops and restaurants. This one bedroomed villa accommodates 4 people. The roof terrace provides great views of the sea and of neighbouring Fuerteventura. The villa has satellite TV, a DVD and a selection of films. 2 adult bicycles are also provided for use by guests.

The villa has a terrace and garden area enclosed by a garden wall. The roof terrace provides great views including views of the sea and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
Coast/Beach
The Playa Blanca coast is 15 minutes walk from the villa. This gives access to a beautiful walk along the 5 mile Playa Blanca promenade.
Golf
The golf course is approximately 45 minutes drive.
Travel
Arrecife airport is 32 kilometres from Playa Blanca, approximately 30 minutes drive. Please mention in your enquiry if you need car hire or airport transfer.
Distances
The centre of Playa Blanca is 7 minutes drive from the villa. Lanzarote has many places of interest. The Timanfaya National Park is a must.
Further details
There is a small local centre about 10 minutes walk from the villa with shops, restaurant and pub.
Booking notes
If the owner receives a booking request, the requested period is provisionally reserved. When the guests have arranged their flight the booking is confirmed and a 20% deposit is paid. The balance is paid within 6 weeks of the start of the stay.
