This wonderful apartment is just the place to enjoy the sun, watch the sea and marvel at the cliffs. Spectacular sunsets follow balmy days when you can enjoy the patio, soak up the sun or just gaze out to sea. Tamara is a special complex renowned for its civility, gardens, pools and verdant walkways. It is in the heart of the lovely village of Los Gigantes. From the patio you move into the calm, attractive and well appointed lounge with sofa bed, two rocker chairs and TV/DVD. The pine kitchen area has all you need for easy eating and holiday domestics. The fully tiled bathroom is relaxing and superbly appointed. The bedroom, with twin beds and wardrobes, is calm and cool. We had the apartment completely refurbished to a high standard in 2008, so everything is fresh and up to date. Every one who visits comes back impressed.

Kitchen: Newly installed and well equipped kitchen with pine units and ceramic work surfaces, oven with ceramic hob, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer.
Living Rooms: Well appointed lounge with two easy chairs, new double sofabed, TV, video, DVD player, HiFi/radio, ceiling fan and double patio door (magnificent views) to terrace.
Other: West facing sunny terrace, overlooking sea and cliffs with two sun loungers, retractable awning, table and four chairs. Just the place for sun and relaxation!
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Kitchen linen, bath and hand towels plus bed linen provided. Cleaned before arrival and weekly with linen change provided. Hair drier, iron and ironing board provided. Guests are advised to bring their own swimming towels.

 

Notes on accommodation
This is an ideal apartment for a couple or a small family. It is in an attractive, quiet and well cared for medium sized complex which has two lovely pools for the exclusive use of residents and guests.

Outside
The complex has two shared pools very close to the apartment with grassed sitting areas. Shops and restaurants are close and the beach and marina are five minutes walk away.

Coast/Beach
A small, secluded, attractive black sand beach is five minutes walk away. Bigger beaches can be found within half an hours drive.

Golf
Golf is available about half an hours drive away.

Special interest holidays
Diving and snorkeling plus boat trips to see whales and dolphins are available from the marina.

Travel
Nearest airport is Tenerife South. It is about forty minutes drive away by hire car, taxi or minibus service. Car hire, available cheaply close by the apartment, is recommended but not essential for sight seeing. Good and popular bus services are close at hand. Coach tours and boat trips are available.

Distances
The apartment is in the heart of the lovely Los Gigantes village which is renowned for its cliffs and marina. It has many atttractive shops and amenities. Puerto Santiago is a larger town almost connected. The amazing Mount Teide volcanic crater is about two hours drive away.

Further details
Small supermarkets, tourist shops, delightful clothing shops, bars, restaurants, estate agents and a bank are close at hand. There is a beautiful combined Anglican and RC church which has English services.

Booking direct to owner. Deposit of £50 secures, balance payable one month before arrival.
