Located 15 minutes walk from Bastian Beach and Costa Teguise golf course with Bars, Restaurants and Supermarkets on the way to the beach. Local supermarket and Aqua Park are a 5 minute stroll away.

Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven and extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Iron and ironing board. Private Solano to rear of kitchen. Living Rooms: Lounge area with leather sofa bed, coffee table, TV, DVD player, dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom windows and patio doors are sliding with security shutters allowing room comfort. |

Notes on accommodation
This is a peaceful complex occupied by holiday makers, tenants and owners. Ideally suited to couples requiring a quieter independent holiday. No smoking in rooms.
No pets allowed. Cleaning, towels, linen and maid service: linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Pool towels are not provided.
Accessibility
The accommodation is on one level with easy access from road (easy parking). Ramps within complex although there are a few steps.
Outside
Both apartments have a private gated patio area (No.14 is larger being on the end) with table and 4 chairs, parasol and two loungers. Communal pool with separate children's pool.
Coast/Beach
15 minute stroll to Bastian beach, with water sports at Los Cucharos a further 10 minutes stroll away. Both have pale sand. Loungers are available for hire as well as aqua sports facilities.
Golf
1500m from Costa Teguise golf course. Considered one of Europe's most unusual and exciting places to play. The tender green turf of the 18-hole 72par course looks dazzling amid the dark hills, cacti and palms within sight of the Atlantic. The course offers a driving range, putting and pitching greens, buggy, trolley and club hire and a charming club house with bar-restaurant, lounge and pro-shop. Lessons are also available.
Travel
Flights to the capital Arrecife are from most airports and provided by tour operators and most major airlines, Thomson, Easyjet, First Choice, Monarch and others. Transfer is approximately 20 minutes by local taxi available at the airport. Major car hire companies are also based at the airport. Car hire recommended for sightseeing, although there are Tour Operators based in Costa Teguise.
Distances
The nearest town is Arrecife approximately 15 minutes drive away. There is a regular bus service to Arrecife - stop 800m from apartment. The old capital of Teguise is worth a visit, especially for the Sunday Market.
Further details
Costa Teguise is a modern resort in one of the more exclusive parts of Lanzarote. It is quiet but offers restaurants and bars with beautiful beaches. It is especially popular for water sports, golfing and cycling.

50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
