Changeover day
Change over day is usually on a Friday. However other days can be arranged, pending availability. Please feel free to enquire.

Parque Santiago II is ideal for couples and families.
Ramps provide easy access for pushchairs to the shops and the beach.
Outside
Large heated swimming pool with children's section and large sunbathing areas. As Parque Santiago 2 is mainly privately owned, you always have space to sunbathe and are never too close to other bathers (even during busy periods such as school holidays).

Coast/Beach
A 30 second stroll will lead you directly to the seafront.
Golf
There are several Golf courses nearby. Tenerife is a Golfers paradise with many people returning, year after year, for this sport.

2 minute stroll to the beaches and a variety of shops and restaurants, to suit all tastes. 10 minute walk to the main nightlife of Playa de las Americas.

Booking notes
Upon booking the apartment, a non refundable deposit of £100 is required, within 7 days. The balance is then payable in full, 8 weeks prior to departure.
