This is a stunning 2 bedroom, duplex apartment which has been completely refurbished in February 2009. This modern, ground floor apartment consists of downstairs wc, fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area and through lounge complete with new luxury furnishings, LCD TV and DVD (TV has several English satellite channels, including ITV, UKTV Gold, News, Music and Sports channels). Patio doors lead off the lounge to the ground floor terrace and garden. The first floor boasts a galleried landing, leading to 2 large twin bedrooms. A beautifully modernised bathroom separates the two. The main bedroom has a large balcony, with views of the mountains and partial views of the sea.

Changeover day
Change over day is usually on a Friday. However other days can be arranged, pending availability. Please feel free to enquire.

Towels and linen are provided for the duration of your stay. These are changed on a weekly basis for guests staying for 2 weeks or more. |
Notes on accommodation
Parque Santiago II is ideal for couples and families.
Ramps provide easy access for pushchairs to the shops and the beach.
Outside
Large heated swimming pool with children's section and large sunbathing areas. As Parque Santiago 2 is mainly privately owned, you always have space to sunbathe and are never too close to other bathers (even during busy periods such as school holidays).
Large balcony upstairs, with patio furniture, mountain and partial seaviews.
Downstairs terrace, garden with patio furniture.
Coast/Beach
A 30 second stroll will lead you directly to the seafront. A 2 min stroll will take you to several beaches.
Golf
There are several Golf courses nearby. Tenerife is a Golfers paradise with many people returning, year after year, for this sport.
Travel
15 minute drive to Tenerife Reina Sofia airport (TFS).
Distances
2 minute stroll to the beaches and a variety of shops and restaurants, to suit all tastes. 10 minute walk to the main nightlife of Playa de las Americas.
10 minute walk to the resort of Los Christianos.

Poolside bar serves drinks, snacks and home cooked food throughout the day.
Tenerife offers a wide range of activities for the young and old alike, those on offer, include:

Booking notes
Upon booking the apartment, a non refundable deposit of £100 (per each week booked) is required, within 7 days. The balance is then payable in full, 8 weeks prior to departure. At this stage, an additional security deposit of £100 will be needed. This is fully refunded, upon inspection of the apartment and we aim to return this within a week of your departure.
