About the owner
As an owner of a piece of Canarian soil I take great pride it keeping it that bit different from other studios on sands beach. Furnished in a contemporary style it is modern and comfortable and includes extras like a washing machine, dishwasher, heating, cooling fan and all those kitchen items not normally found in other properties. My guests can take their own DVD movies and CDs as players are in place. Plenty of my personal books are there to be enjoyed along with a wealth of information about Lanzarote, I welcome bookings to couples and 1 child under 2 years as I like my guests to enjoy space. Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Having been a visitor to Lanzarote since 1997 I always had a dream to buy my own bit of sunshine! I consider Costa Teguise to be in an extremely convenient location on the island not far from the airport and well placed to tour the island by car on the excellent road network.Its also a quiet resort but night life is there for those who want it.
Unique benefits of the property
My property, Amarilla 16 is well placed in the resort,in the middle of the complex, breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine adjacent to my small cactus garden.In the heat of the afternoon sun the terrace is shaded, great for a sleep or a leisurely read! The pool is reached in 5 seconds for those who like a dip. As my property has been totally refurnished it is far more spacious from others as the Spanish style heavy wooden furniture has been removed. Trendy pictures and lamps add to the mood to make my guests feel they are in something that bit different from others on the complex.
