Our apartment is only 2 years old. A 50 minute drive from the airport down the coast road will take you into the Costa Calma region. Our Property Management Company will have prepared the apartment for your arrival, you will be able to contact them throughout your stay should you have any issues that require immediate attention. The apartment is situated within a newly built complex and you have access to a lovely shared pool. Just a 5 minute walk will take you to the fantastic sandy beaches and clear seas of the Costa Calma. The apartment comes with a large private garden to the rear.

Notes on accommodation
Upon arriving at the apartment, the Chairman and Chief Executive of Perfect Partners Property Management Company, who are our letting agents, will meet you and show you around the property and answer any questions you may have.

Coast/Beach
Costa Calma has white sands and lovely blue sea which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The beach is over 25km long with beach bars and toilet facilities. There are a good range of water sports available.

18 hole at Jandia.
18 hole at Las Playitas.
2 championship courses at Caleta.

Travel
Airport transfers at a reasonable cost usually available. A 30-35 minute drive from the airport at Puerto del Rosario. Taxis are easily available as are hire cars which can either be booked in advance or arranged on arrival, but why not allow us to collect you from the airport and bring you to the door in total comfort.

Distances
3 minute walk to El Palmaral shopping centre and bars / restaurants. 10 minute drive to Oasis park with a lovely zoo, this is a good family day out.

Further details
There are local bars, restaurants and shops all within 15 minutes walk. The nearest bar / restaurant is a 3 minute walk away.

Booking notes
25% deposit will be required to secure your requested dates. The balance will be due six weeks before departure date. Alternatively we will accept 50% deposit with the balance due on arrival whichever is more convenient for you.
