Caleta de Fuste is a delightful holiday destination offering a variety of bars, restaurants, spas, beach sports and evening entertainment. The nearest beach is approx 15 min walk and the local shops 5 min walk. The large Atlantico Shopping Centre is 15 min walk, 5 min by car, there you will find lots of shops, restaurants, cinema and ten pin bowling. There are a number of golf courses for you to enjoy, the nearest being only 5 minutes away by car. You can see it from the bungalow. We have a 'no smoking' policy and our property provides everything for a comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable holiday experience. A car is recommended to fully explore the island, although not essential. Only 10 minutes away from the airport by car or taxi, your holiday starts right away!

Changeover day
The property is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Wherever possible these times are flexible.

Notes on accommodation
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the bungalow. Pets are not allowed. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom.
Accessibility
The bungalow is located next to a small flight of steps; however it can be accessed from a level entrance to the complex. Car parking is available on street at the top of these steps. The pool is accessed via steps from the bungalow, but can be accessed from a level entrance to the complex.
Outside
Patio: Table and 2 chairs with cushions. Sun umbrella, base and sunbeds. The property has a beautiful front garden with many exotic plants and an irrigation system. From the sunbathing patio there are wonderful views of the sea and harbour, you can even see the curvature of the earth over the ocean! To the rear of the property there is a delightful, small garden area with table & chairs. The communal pool, solely for residents, and small children's pool/spa are lovely and sun loungers complete the holiday experience.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 15 min walk or a 5 min drive. The man made beaches in Caleta de Fuste are very nice, with water sports on offer. With lots of restaurants and snack bars to choose from, Caleta de Fuste caters for all tastes. The stunning beaches of the South are just 1 hour away, by car, whilst the sand dunes of the North can be reached in 45 minutes, by car.
Golf
Both the Las Salinas and the Fuerteventura championship golf courses are nearby, 15 mins walk / 5 mins by car, but there are other courses to choose from on the island. Advance booking is recommended and proof of handicap necessary.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is approx 8km away about a 10 min drive. Renting a car is recommended to enable you to fully enjoy and discover the island. Please ask if you require any information about car rental. The local bus service is excellent, punctual and comfortable with air-conditioned coaches. You can easily get a taxi outside the airport. The local bus stops at the airport dropping off on the main road, 10 min walk.
Distances
Caleta de Fuste is centrally located on the Island, 15 mins from the island’s capital, Puerto del Rosario, where the new commercial shopping centre, Las Rotondas has a huge variety of shops and cafes. The sand dunes of Corralejo in the North are a 45 min drive and the magnificent beaches of the South about 1 hour’s drive away. Lanzarote is easily accessible by ferry, taking about 20 mins on the catamaran from Corralejo.
Further details
Caleta de Fuste boasts a good selection of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. With supermarkets, shops, banks and private doctors within easy reach. The local banks and ATM machines are in the town or at the Atlantico shopping centre. The open air market on Saturdays in Caleta has lots of interesting wares on offer. Atlantico shopping centre is a large modern area which is open every day until late and has a supermarket, restaurants, bars, ten pin bowling, amusements and cinema. The Thalasso Spa and Sheraton Hotel Spa offer various beauty treatments.
Booking notes
A £75 non-returnable deposit per week secures your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable £100 deposit, in case of breakages/damage/residual odour from smoking is required, payable with final balance.
