Notes on accommodation
The apartment is air conditioned with heating (no charge), the apartment is suitable for children and we welcome them. There are no extra charges for safe air-con and washing machine.

The apartment is not suitable for the disabled.

The large balcony has sun all day and is equipped with patio set and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The main beach of Los Cristianos is less than a 10 minute stroll and the main town only 5 minutes away.

The Las Americas golf course is just a short driver away!

Travel
Reina Sofia (Tenerife South) is a 15 minute taxi ride from the apartment the cost is about 22 euros. There is also a express bus service and transfers at 29 euros per party can be arranged.

The complex has many restaurants and bars close by. The Cristian Sur complex is 500m from Los Cristianos town centre.

we require a £100 deposit and the balance 8 weeks prior departure. We accept PayPal google check out and the apartment is bookable on-line.

Mr and Mrs Smith April 2009 We had a lovely time in your apartment, thank you. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. There was everything we could have wanted from the bottle of wine you kindly left to the small bars of soap. We have stayed at Christian Sur for several years but none of the other apartments we have stayed in were as well appointed or as comfortable as yours. When people have lovely homes they want their holiday rental to be of the same standard and yours certainly was. You and your wife did everything you could to help us, not many people would be so helpful.
