Spacious, fresh and bright this lovely apartment has lots of space for up to four people. It is 5 minutes walk to the first tee on the Fuerteventura Golf Course and the 5 star Elba Palace Hotel. Fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, with quality and comfort in mind. It is in a very peaceful area with views from the roof terrace over the golf course and to the sea. To the rear there is the National Park and uninterrupted mountain views. There is a terrace and outdoor dining area, partially shaded by a pergola, this gets the morning sun and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your breakfast. The terrace can be accessed from the lounge and bedroom 1. Covering the full area of the apartment is the superb roof terrace, which has sunbeds and tables and is great for sunbathing at anytime of day. There is an excellent pool area, which is very well maintained and has a paddling pool, swimming pool and sun loungers.

Accessibility
As the apartment is on the first floor it would not be suitable for wheelchair users, sorry.
Outside
Patio doors lead from the lounge to the terrace and outdoor dining area. The terrace is also accessible from the main bedroom and both get the morning sun. There is an outdoor table, with sun parasol and 4 chairs. The roof terrace is very spacious and has 4 comfortable sun loungers and 2 tables. There are communal gardens and pool area with 2 pools and sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
It is about 20 minutes walk to the beaches, which are located behind the Atlantico Shopping Centre. There are a number of bays with lovely clean sand and safe bathing. Sunbeds and brollies are available for hire. There is a regular free bus service from the Elba Palace Golf Hotel (5 minutes from the apartment). The bus also goes to the nearby resort of Caleta de Fuste where there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops.
Golf
The apartment is on the Fuerteventura Golf club and is a short walk from the first tee. Immediately adjacent is the Las Salinas golf course.
Travel
Fuerteventura Airport is about 10km from the apartment, taxis charge about 15 euros. Car hire is a good option but not essential as there is the free bus service to the beaches and shops etc.
Distances
The resort of Caleta de Fuste is about 2km away. The capital, Puerto del Rosario is approx 15km and there is a regular bus service.
Further details
The Atlantico Shopping Centre has restaurants, cafes and bars, takeaway pizza and Chinese food. There is also a cinema, bowling alley and amusement arcade. There is an excellent Spar supermarket and Sol bank. The nearby resort of Caleta has a good choice of restaurants, bars etc. You can also book various sightseeing and boat trips here. There are two 18-hole golf courses next to each other and very close to the apartment, All golf equipment can be hired.

About the owner
We bought our apartment (jointly with my wifes' sister and husband) in 2003, having previously enjoyed several fantastic holidays in Fuerteventura. We love the peace and quiet and the location of the apartment. It is only 10km from the airport so we can pick up a hire car and be settled in 15 minutes later and be straight into holiday mode, without any hassle. We have run a busy 5 star B&B in York for 12 years and have furnished and equipped the apartment to a similar high standard, with guests relaxation and comfort in mind. Since we bought the apartment on the golf course the whole development has been finished to a very high standard and in our opinion it is the best area to stay with excellent facilities and restaurants all close by.
