In good central location of Puerto Del Carmen. Close to beach, supermarkets and restaurants. This first floor apartment is equipped for a comfortable self catering holiday. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Main bedroom has queen size bed and the second bedroom, twin beds. Large sunny balcony with two sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol. The complex has a large adult pool and childrens pool which is kept very clean. Good sun bathing area with sun loungers provided. Ideal location for ease of amenities and also those looking for a relaxing time.

All bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided but you will need you own beach and pool towels. The property is cleaned and linen changed once a week. |

Notes on accommodation
Free use of safety deposit box. Range of books, videos,DVD's and cd's. Local English property manager. Smoke alarm fitted. Cots available for hire, price on request. The property is cleaned and linen changed once a week. Towels are for inside use only (not pool or beach). Deposits are non refundable.

Travel
Arrecife airport is 15 minutes by taxi. Approx cost 12/15 Euros. Car hire not essential but if you wish to independently explore the island there are several places nearby where you can arrange hire. There is a regular bus service which takes you to the harbour area of Puerto Del carmen or to Arrecife dropping off at different places on the way. Puerto Del Carmen has lovely wide paths making walking a pleasure along some areas of the sea front.

Old town and harbour 30 minute walk.
Trips/excursions can be arranged at various places along the sea front to enable you to see a bit more of the island.

Nearest beach, which is clean and tidy, 5 minutes walk.
For the family with children there are activity areas such as mini golf, trampolining etc close by.

Cancellation and return policy: Deposit lost on cancellation. If within 8 weeks, refund of balance depends on owner's ability to find alternative renter, so may vary from full refund to none. Sorry, we do not allow single gender bookings for under 25's.
