Changeover day
Changeover days are on Mondays.

Accessibility
Villa not really accessible for wheelchairs as there are steps to the main door. However the Villa Grecia is wheelchair accessible.
Outside
Large private solar heated pool with shallow and deep end. With fantastic views to the sea, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness.
Coast/Beach
From the villa you will find San Agustin and Las Burras beach which is approximately 5 minutes walk away.Or if you fancy visiting the famous sand dunes in Maspalomas then you are only a few minutes away in the taxi.
Golf
Golf courses are approximately 5 minutes away by car.
Travel
Only 15 minutes away in a car from Las Palmas airport. We can arrange transfers to and from the airport.
Distances
Just 5 minutes walk you will find San Agustin and only a few minutes in a taxi you will find Playa Del Ingles.

San Agustin is a quiet area and from the villa you are just a few minutes walk to the local bars and restaurants. If your looking for a night out then Playa Del Ingles has plenty of commercial centres offering a wide range of bars, discos, restaurants and duty free for all different tastes. You can reach Playa Del Ingles in just a few minutes in a taxi. You will also find Aqualand water park and Holidayworld which are in Maspalomas and you can travel there by taxi in just a few minutes also. Holidayworld offers fun for the families, with its small fairground and bowling alley, your sure to have a good night here with the kids.
Booking notes
If you wish to book the villa you will need to get in touch by email to see if the Villa is available. A 25% deposit will be required if the booking is more than 8 weeks before the departure date. The balance will be due 8 weeks before departure. If a deposit is paid and you decide to cancel, the deposit is non refundable. If the travel date is less than 8 weeks before the full payment is needed.

I settled in Gran Canaria 10 years ago and decided to run a small business from here. Life here is much less hurried than in the U.K. which suits me fine.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought the property for the style of house and the views from the terrace. It is in a very quiet location but just a couple of minutes in a taxi to Playa del Ingles, taxis easily located 5 minutes down the hill.
The beach of San Agustin is only about 8 minutes walk.
