There are two fully fitted bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom. This south facing apartment is only 5 minutes from the beaches and lagoons. It is an escape to where life slows down, and you wil be able to relax and unwind in beautiful unspoilt surroundings.
Enjoy picturesque beach walks, and superb dining out in traditional Canarian restaurants. A perfect place to chill out.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lamps. This room also has access to the rear patio. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, built in wardrobes, and cabinets with lamps. |

| Kitchen: | Full oven with a four ring ceramic hob and extractor. Full length fridge/freezer, elecric kettle, microwave and toaster. |

| Living Rooms: | The open plan lounge has two and three seater leather sofas. There is also a flat screen digital satellite TV and DVD. Dining table and 4 chairs. This room also gives access to the front terrace, via french windows. Dining out here is a must. |

Towels and bed-linen are provded, and changed mid-week. The apartment is also cleaned mid-week. |

Outside
Outdoor furniture includes, table with umbrella, and 4 chairs/sunloungers in the back patio. The front terrace has a dining table and comfortable chairs. There is also a small garden containing flowering shrubs and cacti.
Coast/Beach
To the North of the village there are a number of sandy beaches and lagoons, which have been awarded blue flag status. To the South are long stretches of beaches, backed by cliffs. Both within walking distance of the apartment.
Golf
30 minutes away by car. The Island now boasts 3 golf courses.
Travel
El Cotillo is only 40 minutes drive from the airport. We can arrange to pick you up at the airport for a fee. Car hire is recommended although not essential, as there is a good bus service.
Distances
Corralejo, the largest town in the North of the island, is a 20 minute drive away, or there is a regular hourly bus service.
Further details
El Cotillo is a small and rustic sleepy fishing village. There are several small shops, a bakery, surf shop and bicycle hire. There is now a supermarket within walking distance. There are several banks,with cash machines. Nightlife is centered around eating out, and there are a good selection of restaurants to choose from.

To book just phone or email us. Deposit is £50 per week, and the remainder 6 weeks before departure. Price is £280 per apartment for 1 or 2 for all weeks.
