There is a large swimming pool, with children's section and poolside showers. It enjoys a quite location in Corralejo, yet within walking distance of all the main restaurants and bars without being too close to disturb this tranquil location. The beautiful beaches are just 5 mins walk away. If you are looking for a beautiful sunny location with unspoiled beaches and excellent bars and restaurant's on your doorstep Las Dunas residential is most definitely the place for you.

Notes on accommodation
A baby cot and highchair are provided free of charge. The size of the apartment is ideal to accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children sharing.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor, There are no steps to access the apartment as there are ramps throughout the complex.
Outside
The large free form swimming pool, with children's section and poolside showers is surrounded by mature gardens and palm trees. Sunbeds are provided at the poolside for your use. A tennis court and well equipped gym are provided for all guests.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 10 min walk and is child friendly with calm waters and is situated in front of the Bahia Real 5 star complex. The famous sand dune beach of Fuetaventura is approx 15 min walk and has been consistently awarded a blue flag.
Golf
The nearest golf course is situated in Caleta de Fuste which is a 40 minute drive from Corralejo.
Special interest holidays
Reliable winds make kite surfing very popular in Fuertaventura with designated zones along its beaches. The waves on the popular Las Dunas beach attract windsurfer and surfer alike. Boat trips can also be organised from Corralejo harbour for sight seeing or a trip to Lanzorote. Cycling is also very popular with off-road and road bikes readily available for hire in Corralejo, there are a number of routes (including good off-road courses) to suit all abilities. Approved snorkelling and scuba-diving centres are located by Corralejo harbour and the crystal clear visibility and warm waters make for excellent diving. These are just a few of the activities available in Corralejo, where there is something for everybody.
Travel
The airport is situated 40 minutes drive away. It is not essential to have a car although car hire is good value. A taxi from the airport costs approx 45 euros one-way. A taxi from Corralejo centre back to the apartment is very affordable at approx 3 euro. Buses from the airport will take you to Corralejo within an hour -changing buses once at the islands capital 'Puerto Del Rosario and costing €6.
Distances
The El Campanario centre the nearest shopping complex and is just 5 mins away. Here the Netto tourist supermarket, cash point, cafe's, boutique shops and a hairdresser are to be found with a local market taking place on a Sundays and nightly entertainment during the summer months. The Baku Water park is 15 mins walk away and there is also a night fairground here and a market on Monday and Friday. The centre of Corralejo with its many bars, restaurants and shops are just a 20 mins walk away.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am. Check out time can be extended in certain cases depending on availability. Booking deposit: £100 at time of booking (non refundable). Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment is required if booking within 8 weeks of departure. Payment can be accepted by pay pal or bank transfer. Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance, the owner accepts no liability whatsoever for loss or damage caused during your holiday.

About the owner
We are a young Irish couple who fell in love with Fuerteventura 4 years ago. There is a great mix of people that visit the island and the traditional fishing town of Corralejo is just lovely. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I am a travel agent and have travelled to many wonderful places over the years but the beaches and turquoise waters of Fuerteventura are hard to match and we fell in love with the tranquility of the complex.
Unique benefits of the property
We are a ground floor property and our terrace overlooks the pool which is only 10 steps away. The complex has mature gardens with beautiful tall palm trees and an extremely large free form swimming pool.
There is a great variety of restaurants within walking distance and something to suit all budgets.
