Landscaped garden includes a private electrically heated swimming pool to ensure all year round temperature (9m x 5m) including a Roman end (steps) for easy access. Artificial turf area ideal for children's games or bathing. Large sun terrace with loungers and patio furniture and also a brick chiminea/BBQ. Spacious interior fully furnished to a high standard with satellite TV, DVD player, stereo with a range of music and films to enjoy.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. £100 non-returnable deposit to secure booking with balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. £50 per person returnable deposit in case of breakages returned 14 days after holiday. There is a charge of £50 per week for the heating of the pool between October and April Inclusive. The heating will be turned off on all other months. Mid holiday cleaning charges may apply. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of confirming a verbal booking.

Villa positioned on the 18-hole 2004 Spanish Open Championship Golf Course. 250m from the main entrance and 5* Elba Palace hotel/clubhouse, which includes a fully equipped gym and restaurant. Facilities include driving range, putting green, buggies and golf shop.
Travel
Fuerteventura Airport is only 10 mins drive away. Car hire is not essential as taxis are easily available and are not expensive.

Supermarkets, shopping facilities, bars and restaurants, cinema, 10 pin bowling are nearby and a free bus service is available from the 5* Elba hotel.
Booking notes
£100, non-returnable, booking deposit is required to secure your reservation, followed by the balance, 8 weeks before departure. We would also advise that a 'returnable' fee of £50 per person is required on day of booking in case of any breakages. This fee will be returned 14 days after holiday. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer. We advise all guests to take out full travel insurance prior to their visit as we do not cover loss, injury or any other liabilities.

Quiet and peaceful location. Villa very clean and modern with all facilities to make it home from home. The outside pool and patio gardens great for relaxing. Within easy reach of local shops, restaurants and beaches. Local beaches very clean and not too busy. Had a lovely holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation and location to anyone. (The Westmore's - Hertfordshire)
