Ideal for golfers or just a great place to relax with everything on your doorstep and yet in a quiet exclusive residential area with communal pool. Large, comfortable lounge and dining room, satellite 42" TV (BBC1, 2, ITV, Channel 4 etc.) VHS, DVD, board games. Fantastic roof terrace/solarium with loungers and dining facilities in addition to the sheltered terrace accessed via the lounge and master bedroom suite which also has dining and sunbed facilities. All the bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. There's a white bathroom suite and fully equipped kitchen. This beautiful accommodation is situated in a small residential development - and is a mere 10 mins transfer time from the airport. The main resort of Caleta De Fuste is within a short (and very pleasant) walk or a free bus service every 30 mins (bus stop 3 mins away). The apartment benefits from all day sunshine - should it be required. Lovely!

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment in UK £'s discount available for 2 weeks and over, £150pw is charged for January (if your stay is for a minimum of 1 month ie £600 for the month) A 40% deposit is required upon booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. N.B. A charge of 50 euros (up to a party of 3) or 60 euros (for a party of 4 or above) is made upon arrival for cleaning costs. This is a local charge and is taken into account and reflected in the fair and reasonable rental price.
Changeover day
Flexible. However we do ask that guests vacate by noon on their day of departure. Unless specific arrangements have been made with the owners for a later departure time.The apartment will be ready for incoming guests by 14:30. Thank You.

Accessibility
1st floor apartment - therefore not recommended for wheelchair users.
Outside
The terrace overlooks the golf course and is furnished with a blue octagon table with 6 matching chairs. There are also 2 matching loungers to enjoy the afternoon and late evening sun. The rooftop terrace is totally private and not overlooked. It also has suitable furniture to enjoy the excellent climate. The roof terrace has a genuine and amazing 360 degree view of the golf course and the surrounding area. We promise you will not be disappointed!
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are the lagoon beaches which are a 5 min walk away. They are totally family friendly and offer an entirely safe environment in which to bathe in -for adults and children alike. The beach gently shelves into the calm sea.There is also quite a remarkable island bar on these Lagoons called "La Isla Bar". See pictures. They serve food and drink.Check out the paella!
There is also a much larger beach approx. a 10 mins walk away from the lagoons with various watersports.
Golf
5 star golfing can be found at the Las Salinas Golf Club (which is approx. 1km away) or the Elba Palace 5 Star hotel resort/golf club - which our apartment overlooks. It has a 40 bay driving range, pro-shop with hire of clubs and buggies and an exquisite 19th watering hole! The course itself is a par 70, measuring 6080 from the men's championship tees. Both holes 9 and 18 finish at the clubhouse, enabling you to play a loop of 9 holes or a full 18. There are 3 large lakes connected by a stream, all of which come into play.
Travel
Many of the UK's major airlines fly directly to the island of Fuerteventura.The resort of Caleta De Fuste is just 10 mins. away. Taxis cost approx. 12 euros - but a transfer can be arranged via ourselves. A car is not essential to enjoy the resort.
Distances
The nearest town is Caleta De Fuste which is a very pleasant 10 mins walk away. It is less than 5 mins by car. There is also a free and regular bus service (every 30 mins) that takes you directly into town.
Further details
A modern commercial centre is a 4 mins walk away. A variety of quality retail outlets,supermarket and bank can be found here alongside bars and restaurants overlooking the white horseshoe beach/sea. A bowling alley and cinema is also situated at the centre. Caleta is a thriving tourist centre with a range of shops, bars and restaurants in a low key relaxed setting. There are many water sport activities available including diving (PADI), snorkelling, windsurfing and jet-skis. There is also an upmarket marina with some lovely fish restaurants and bars to enjoy. From here you can book various boat/fishing trips.
