Large family villa set in quiet location close to beach and all facilities, including golf courses. Panoramic mountain views of Mount Teide from the purpose built private barbecue area overlooking the heated pool. Well maintained landscaped gardens, this is the perfect setting to relax and wind away all the stress of everyday life. The villa is of high quality, tastefully designed and decorated throughout in a style designed for your comfort. Every bedroom has a private balcony (except bedroom 4), master bedroom on first floor has an en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a separate kitchen fitted with American style fridge with ice dispenser, microwave, kettle, toaster oven, hob and griddle. Dining area to seat 8 persons and comfortable seating in the lounge. Off the lounge is a large terrace with luxurious seating overlooking the pool and garden. A bus service is close by but it may be desireable to hire a car for the longer journeys and sightseeing.

Changeover day
Arrival at the villa should not be before 4pm unless by previous arrangement. Departure times must be 10.30am.

Bathroom 3 en-suite for the first floor master bedroom with walk-in shower wc, sink and shelving unit.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted with American style fridge/freezer with drinks and ice-dispenser, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob, griddle, dishwasher and washing machine.
All cooking utensils and pots and pans. Spices and essentials provided.
Living Rooms: Lounge / diner is a 'L' shaped room with large dining table and chairs. 47' wide screen TV with satellite, video and DVD player. Italian leather settee and arm chairs, and dining chairs, with large oak dining table comforatable for 8 diners.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels, T-towels and bed linen are provided. Towels for the beach and sunbathing are NOT provided. The property will be cleaned once a week upon departure and changeover days. Maid service can be provided at an extra charge, and by prior arrangement.

This is a non smoking villa. Areas of the garden are restricted for childrens safety. There will be a refundable deposit for breakages.

Accessibility
Although not adapted for wheel chairs, the property is suitable for those who can manage a few steps leading to the property. Once inside the ground floor is suitable for those who need a little help, with large bedroom on the this floor and walk in shower. Any disabled equipment can be hired on request, e.g. walkers, shower seating, sticks etc

Outside
Outside is pure luxury. Very private gardens. On entering the Villa you are welcomed by an adorning statue of Don Quixote, 'the man from La Mancha.' The heated pool is of ample size for swimming or play at 9 x 4 meters. The bamboo summer house 'Mandalay' has a bar area with 4 bar stools, comfortable wicker seating, electric lighting. From here you can see the majestic mountain views and the famous 'Mount Teide'. Separate built in barbecue. Landscaped gardens pleasing to the eye, with cactus garden, fruit trees, palm trees, and colourful bouganvilla, pot plants decorated around. There is also a terrace from the Villa with beautiful cane seating, ideal for the early afternoon drinks.

Coast/Beach
The local beach is a 10 minute walk where there are scuba diving lessons in the harbour. The bigger beaches are a 10 minute car ride away in Los Cristianos and Las

Golf
The nearest golf course Los Palos, is a 9 hole golf course, par 3, this is 3-4 minutes in a car. Other golf courses are Las Americas, 15 minutes away, Adeje 20 minutes away, Golf del Sur and Amarrilla golf 15 minutes and Abama, 25 minutes away.

Travel
Reina Sofia, Tenerife South airport is a 10 minute car ride away. Hire of a car is recommended but not necessary.

Distances
The nearest town of Las Galletas, a typical fishing village with loads of character is 5 min away with shops, bars restaurants, fresh fish stalls and a lovely harbour with beach and safe bathing.

The nearest restaurant and bars are 5 minute walk, but to explore further you will need a car.

Further details
Supermarkets and banks are in the local town of Las Galletas. Hypermarkets and larger banks can be found in Los Cristianos a short distance away. Scuba diving, Paracending, water sports, boat trips to see the whales and Dolphins can be found in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Booking notes
Upon completion of the booking form a non refundable deposit is required. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable deposit for breakages is also required.
