Casa Olivina is detached and very private with views of Montana Roja, Fuerteventura and Lobos. A stunning coastal walk is just minutes away. Over two floors, upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a spacious dressing area that leads out to its own large sun terrace. Downstairs, off the large airey hallway you will find two twin bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and the family bathroom. The lounge has two settees, satellite TV, PS2 Console(No Games) and DVD player, cards, board games and books. Off from the modern fitted kitchen is the covered dining area. The dining area is open to the terrace providing an alfresco atmosphere, the perfect place to dine formally, or just relaxing with a glass of wine. The beautiful heated swimming pool, large patio areas and a planted garden are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing and the property is totally private with Lava rocks walls to the perimeter.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for up to 4 people. Please add a further £120per week, up to a maximum of 6 people. Prices include a Welcome Pack on arrival. Payments accepted by Cheque, Online Banking, Credit Card and Paypal.
Changeover day
Arrival after 1600hrs (4pm) and depart by 1000hrs (10am). Alternative times by prior arrangement and only if possible at time of request.

| Kitchen: | Modern fitted dark oak kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the required kitchen ware. Back door leads onto undercover alfresco dining area with ample seating around a marble table. |
| Utility Room: | Enclosed solana has washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and washing basket. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room has two leather suites, flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player, PS2 Console(No Games) and Hi-Fi system. Double doors lead onto patio and pool area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included and will be changed weekly but you will need to supply beach/pool towels. The villa is cleaned for your arrival and you will have a welcome pack to get you started. |

This is a non smoking villa. No all male/female groups. Sorry - no pets. Suitable for children and elderly. Blackout curtains are in the bedrooms to help keep cool with the shutters to all bedrooms having mosquito netting.

Outside
The high wall surrounding the villa makes it very private and secure with pretty well stocked garden. The beautiful Private Heated Pool is managed twice weekly, cleaned for your arrival and water samples checked etc, approx 8m x 4m and maximum 1.80m deep in the centre, access via roman steps, with a solar pool cover, very private pool and garden area, traditional Canarian BBQ. Sunbeds, chairs and tables.
Coast/Beach
10 min walk to Atlantic seafront, where you can walk into Playa Blanca, passing Playa Flamingo on the way, taking about 1¼ hour’s at a relaxed stroll. 10-15 mins drive to Papagayo beaches, 5 mins drive to Playa Flamingo and Playa Blanca beaches and 10 mins to Playa Dorado.
Golf
Two golf courses at present one at Puerto Del Carmen and one at Costa Teguise both approx 30 mins drive.
Special interest holidays
Scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing, fishing, cycling, walking all available locally.
Travel
Arrecife airport 30 mins drive approx. Puerto Del Carmen 20 mins approx. Puerto Calero 15-20 mins approx. Playa Blanca port for ferry to Fuerteventura 5 mins approx. Car is recommended for exploring the Island. Taxi transfer approx 100 euros return. Taxi from the villa into Playa Blanca is less than 5 euros.

Sea / beaches 5-10 mins drive. Marina Rubicon 7 mins drive. Supermarket, bars, cafes and restaurants and bakery 3 min drive. Playa Blanca main promenade 5mins drive.
Further details
All year round sun makes Lanzarote the perfect place for holidays anytime of the year, Playa Blanca enjoying the best of the weather on the Island. Playa Blanca has many beautiful golden and black sandy beaches some of the most popular being at Papagayo, consiting of many small coves accessible via a dirt track in a car or by water taxi. Marina Rubicon has a selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, designer shops and galleries. Here you can also charter a fishing boat or go sailing and on Wednesday and Saturday there is a market.
A walk along the wonderful promenade stretching from Los Colorades to beyond the lighthouse at Pechigura approximately 3.5miles is a great way to see the coast line and all its views. From the harbour at Playa Blanca you can take a day trip to Fuerteventura as a foot passenger or with a car via one of the ferries, which run at regular intervals. There many places of interest, but Timanfaya National Park transformed by the Volcanic eruptions really is surreal, the landscape is totally unique, experience the lunar landscape and views of the volcanoes. Information on places of interest can be found at the villa or the tourist information centre in Playa Blanca opposite the Police station.
Booking notes
Prices are per week (7 nights) based up to a maximum of 6 people. Deposit of 30% will be required to secure booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Security charge of £150 per week at the time of paying the final balance, this will be refunded once the management company have confirmed the villa has been left in a clean condition as on arrival. Any breakages or damage will be deducted from this sum and notified to you via email.

This villa surpassed our expectations. The location is excellent, the villa was spotless and extremely well maintained and the owners could not do enough to help before we went, whilst we were there and maintained contact after we returned - really helpful, genuine and caring "landlords"! It is highly likely that we will return to this villa at the very soonest possible time.
The pool was just the right size and heated to a very comfortable temperature! We were greeted by a welcome pack with everything you could need to get you going, and there were some very well thought out and presented "guides" to the villa, the locality and the island.
We have been to Lanzarote quite a few times over the past six years and this was the best! And the others times have been excellent!! All in all, we would rate our holiday this year 11 out of 10 with Casa Olivina and the owners playing a VERY BIG part in this rating. A massive thank you.
