Located within 10 mins drive of the airport, Casa irene is situated within 5 mins walk of the long stretches of beach which have pedalos and sunbeds all for hire. Set back on a quiet road with parking if required so the best of both worlds. It is a few mins walk to all amenities bars, shops, restaurants tapas, bars. It within a 10 min drive to our new 18 hole golf course which you can use and hire a buggy if you don’t feel like walking round. Also not far from the old town and harbour where there are fish restaurants and bars to sit and overlook the beautiful views over to Fuerteventura.

Notes on accommodation
This is an ideal apartment for most people large pool, for use only for people on complex cots and extra beds can be supplied if needed.
Accessibility
This apartment is not suitable for people with wheelchairs as access not suitable.
Outside
Patio overlooks the large pool, only used with a key for the people on the complex, as this is a more residential complex it is a quiet pool, there is a supermarket and bars within 100metres.
Coast/Beach
It within 5 mins walk of the sea front and long sandy beaches with pedalos, sunbeds and sun brollies.
Golf
There is a newly built 18 hole golf course within a 10 min drive.
Travel
The airport is a 15 min drive, car hire is not essential as apartment is within walking distance of all amenities, taxi and local buses are not expensive.
Distances
There are coach trips available to most places of interest or contact owner for a more quieter look at the island.

Hi - My name is Gabrielle, most people call me Gabby I have live on Lanzarote for 11 years now, my partner of 17 years is Allen also 1 cat, 5 birds and numerous fish, we originally came from the north of England and have had our holiday lets since we moved here, most of our guests become good friends and return year after year as we like to make them comfortable and relaxed with us and as we are not far away from the complex if there is a problem with anything we are only a call away

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The reason for us buying this second property is we became very busy in our first one and the location is central but set back 5 mins from the sea which is ideal for quiet, the beaches are clean and miles of them not busy, we revamped it last year and made it more homely so guests felt they didn't need to bring lots of extras with them,again we have guest returning time after time which proves it works it is also 15 mins from the airport.
Unique benefits of the property
What most guest like is the full kitchen and utensils instead of 2 rings and no oven in lots of place, no need to bring towels, hairdryer there is even a slow cooking which has gone down very well with guest who go out for the day and then just want to chill out with meal ready on return and watch DVDs there is always tea, coffee, milk, water on arrival and a few extras if arriving late the large pool is safe and the balcony is south facing so plenty of sun there are many restaurants withing walking distance so a car is not needed.
