The villas have 3 bedrooms each with own en-suite facilities. Each villa has its own lagoon style heated swimming pool together with loungers, parasols, tables and chairs. On the roof terrace there is a pergola with table and seating and a 5 seater jacuzzi and BBQ to enjoy. Guests at the villa can enjoy the on site facilities which include a bar, restaurant, gym and sauna. There is a 9 hole golf course just 5 mins walk from the villa.

The villa is fully air-conditioned. This versatile villa is ideal for families and couples wanting to get away from it all and have total privacy.
Accessibility
The property is a single storey design and therefore suitable for disabled people, however people in wheelchairs should be aware that there is a single step into the bedrooms and lounge area.
Outside
There is a beautiful lagoon style heated swimming pool and 5 seater jacuzzi. Ample seating and shaded areas are provided, together with sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is about 1km away. This beautiful golden sand beach is very popular with sun bathers and surfers. There are also a couple of smaller beaches in the town area and these are ideal for younger members of the family and are very safe for swimming.
Golf
There are a number of 18 hole golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
Special interest holidays
Corralejo is perfect for anyone wishing to do surfing, diving, fishing and scuba diving and all these activities can be arranged at the harbour area of town.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is a 30 minute drive away.
Distances
Corralejo town is a 2 minute drive from the villa.
Further details
Corralejo old town is a wonderful place to explore and enjoy the many local restaurants and bars, most restaurants in this area of town cater for all needs but do have a superb fish selection. The newer part of town is very popular with those looking for a little more life and again has a great choice of places to eat and drink.
For the families there is a good selection of things to do which include, Baku water park, ten pin bowling, amusement arcades, mini golf shopping arcades and market days. It is recommended to hire a car and explore the many different parts of this wonderful island.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. There is a £150 breakages deposit with final payment, and this will be refunded on departure, subject to an inspection of the villa by our agents.

About the owner
I am 55 years of age and married to Caroline. My children are Vickie Louise and she is 22 years of age. My son is Christopher and he is 15. We live in the West Midlands in a nice rural area. I have had my own business since 1988, and we supply construction equipment. We decided to invest in Fuerteventura because it is such a superb climate all year round. We decide on Corralejo because of its laid back feeling and how suitable it is for couples and families of all ages.

We love everything about Corralejo. It is such a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of other destinations, yet has everything you could wish for to have a great holiday in the sun.

When you look at our villa details you will get exactly what you see when you arrive. Other villas on the same development simply use the show home photographs and that is not always what you get when you arrive!!!
