Changeover day
Changeover day normally Thursdays but can do alternative days enter at 3pm and vacate for 10am flexible depending on next clients arrival.

The villa boasts a large patio and barbecue area,it also has a raised chill out, terrace area complete with outside garden furniture,all surrounding a very large heated private pool.
Coast/Beach
Only a 10-15 mins walk to the beaches of Playa Blanca, Dorada and Flamingo, and the very heart of Playa Blanca's Town centre. 5 mins by car
Golf
The nearest golf course is about 30 minutes away in Costa Teguise there are proposals already put forward for a golf course to be built in the Playa Blanca area.
Travel
Arrecife airport 30 mins drive. We can try and arrange airport transfers on your request.
Distances
10-15 mins walk into centre for shops/bars/restaurants and beaches.

To secure a booking a 25% deposit of the total price will be required.
Upon cheque clearance, full villa directions and details will then be forwarded via e-mail balance becomes due 4 weeks prior to departure. A £100 security cheque is also required, but will be returned shortly after departure.

I Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your villa these last 2 weeks. I still can't believe what great value for money it offers,i doubt there are many holiday homes at that price with so much space. It was the ideal location too-a nice private spot at the end of a cul-de-sac, yet only a 10 minute walk into town
