Las Brisas has a large heated swimming pool (with life guard), surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, a separate children’s pool, a children’s play area and 2 tennis courts. Overlooking the pool is a snack bar, bar and restaurant, indoor games room and shop. Family entertainment takes place several evenings per week in the bar area. Las Brisas is only a few minutes walk from the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches of Playa Blanca. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom bungalow has its own sun trap patio which includes sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue. It is well appointed with an all electric kitchen comprising oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer and a microwave oven along with a full range of crockery and cutlery. The comfortable living area includes a dining table and chairs, a new 32" colour television with satellite reception, a DVD/Video, radio/CD and a telephone. Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms on request. Wi-Fi also available on request.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Thursday; if booking permits other days maybe available by arrangement. The villa is normally available from 1600 hours. Please vacate by 1000 hours on departure day.

Outside
The villa has its own large patio with sun all day, pergola, sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The golden sandy central beach is a few minutes walk and 2 further beaches within 20 minutes walk. Snorkeling and diving is available. The Playa Blanca port is nearby with ferries to Fuerteventura leaving daily. About 25 minutes walk along the promenade is the new marina area with numerous shops and restaurants.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away. Car hire, taxi or a bus (if booked in advance) is available for the journey.
Further details
Playa Blanca has numerous restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, cashpoint machines and bars. Cars, quad bikes, electric bikes, motorbikes and push bikes are available for hire in the town.
