Casa Mesa Verde is a European architect designed luxury villa with stunning coastal views. It is located just outside the village of Villaverde about 15 minutes drive from El Cotillo and Corralejo. The villa offers wonderful living space (378sq.m) including a large open plan lounge with Home Cinema (satellite TV, DVD and BluRay), fully equipped contemporary kitchen/diner, 5 bedrooms (two with flat screen TVs and DVD) and 4 bathrooms. Outside, there is a large pool (11 x 6m) with solar and back up electrical heating to ensure it is fully heated all year round with shallow end for young children and outside shower/wc, extensive sun terrace (on two levels), Weber BBQ and covered terrace with table and chairs. Completed in 2009, the villa is now available for rental.

Notes on prices
1500 - 2000 euros per week based on up to 4 people staying in the villa. Price is variable within this range based on whether stay is during high or low season. Additional guests are charged at €100. The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. A deposit of £1000 is required to guarantee against any breakages and this will be returned via a UK cheque within 7 days of your departure date provided there is no loss/damage to the villa or its contents.

Notes on accommodation
This is a large family friendly villa in a very quiet location and a car is essential. Google Earth Co-ordinates: Latitude 28 38' 38.67" N, Longitude 13 54' 18.06" W.
Outside
There is a private heated pool for the sole use of guests, the pool is maintained twice a week. We have installed an electric pool heater (to augment existing solar heating) so pool will be warm all year. There are 10 sun loungers and an outside table and chairs. There is a BBQ for sole use of guests.
Coast/Beach
Close to the fabulous beaches of El Cotillo and Corralejo. The famous Jandia beach is about an hours drive away but is worth a visit.
Golf
Two established golf courses 30 minutes away.
Travel
The only airport on the island is a 30 minute drive from the villa. Car hire is available from the airport and is recommended.
Distances
Located just outside the village of Villaverde about 15 minutes drive from El Cotillo and Corralejo. There are 3 local restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a couple of Spanish bars. Bus stops to Corralejo and El Cotillo (within walking distance in the village. Villaverde is a good base for exploring. The beautiful beaches at Corralejo and El Cotillo are only a 15 minute drive away, as is the Baku waterpark (Corralejo). Corralejo Harbour for visits to Lanzarote is 15 minutes away.
Further details
The nearest large town is Corralejo, however the centre of Villaverde is only a 2 minute drive and has rural bars, restaurants, bakery and 2 supermarkets.

"This Villa exceeds all expectations. The owner's description is 100% accurate. Great design and quality build and finish. The location is ideal,especially for families-quiet,private,lots of space outside. Lovely views. In an authentic Spanish area, a short drive to excellent beaches, the whole area has a nice laid back feel. The villa is very comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated, very generously equipped, practical and relaxing. It is spotlessly clean and carefully maintained. The Pool is perfect,our kids spent hours and hours in it. Good info pack,top quality plasma/cinema sound/blue ray set up.
Lots of good restaurants locally. This villa is a real tribute to the owner. There will be a lot of return business and my only concern is that it will be hard to get a booking slot.
