Positioned on the Victoria 1 complex which benefits from being situated in a quiet location yet only minutes walk from the beach and town of Los Cristianos. Supermarket and other amenities within a minutes walk. The entire complex enjoys a safe and friendly atmosphere. The apartment enjoys an enviable position having a large south facing patio equipped with sunbeds, patio chairs, table and a fully reclining sun canopy and views across Los Cristianos and the sea. The complex boasts both beautiful gardens and two large swimming pools (one of which is a children's pool) which are heated in the winter, surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace, where sunbeds and parasols can be hired at a small cost. There is a pool side bar, serving drinks, snacks and food.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per couple per week. A non refundable deposit of £50 per week will be due upon booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Changeover day
There are no preferred changeover days, and wherever possible we are able to accommodate both early and late departures.

The apartment is a short 10 minute walk to both the beach and the centre of town.

South Tenerife boasts several golf courses appealing to all levels and tastes.
Travel
Tenerife South airport is a short 15 minute taxi ride away at a cost of 20 euros each way.

Set in the south of the island of Tenerife, Los Cristianos is a lively resort, retaining much of its character and charm. The centre is largely pedestrianised and offers a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. The beaches of Los Cristianos have white sand, are incredibly clean and have the benefit of life guards.
Boating trips offer both fishing and sightseeing excursions and other water sports. Los Cristianos is close to many notable attractions including Mount Teide, The Jungle Park, Water Park and there are endless excursions available to appeal to all tastes.
Car, moped and bike hire are easily available for independent travelling around the island. Horse riding, bike trekking and countless other activities are also available for your enjoyment.
