Villa Jessica is a modern semi detached villa which has a private, electrically heated pool. It has been updated in July 08. There is a large, shaded patio area with a barbecue, tables and chairs. Around the pool there are sun loungers with pads and a parasol, an outside shower and mature gardens.The villa is in a peaceful location. It is only a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, as well as the town centre, restaurants and bars.

The property is all on one level with the exception of a small step at the main door and patio doors and a further step onto the lower pool level area.

Coast/Beach
15-20 minutes walk to the wonderful Dorado beach.
Travel
30 minute drive from Arrecife airport. Car hire is not essential as property location is within walking distance to amenities.
Distances
15 -20 minutes to the town centre, restaurants and bars.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week will secure a booking with the remaining balance required 8 weeks prior to departure. For late or last minute bookings, the full amount will be required. Please contact us for last minute bookings as discounts may be available. Prices are same all year including School Holidays and Christmas/New Year.
