Changeover day
We accept bookings for any day of the week. Apartment will be ready by 3pm and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | King size bed. Safe, air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. Flat screen TV and DVD player. |
| Bathrooms: | Shower, wc, wash hand basin. Washing machine is also installed in this room. |
| Kitchen: | 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave/oven/, toaster and kettle. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge with 3 piece suite, coffee table, 32" TFT TV, DVD player, radio. Air-conditioning unit. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. They are changed on a weekly basis, however, guests can use the washing machine if required. For stays of 10 nights, linen would be changed after 5 nights. |

Coast/Beach
There are many beaches close by. The nearest is La Pinta beach which you can see from the apartment and is a few minutes walk.
Golf
There are several golf courses but guests would need to drive or hire a taxi.
Travel
The nearest airport is Reina Sofia, (Tenerife Sur) which is approx a 15 minute taxi ride and costs approx 25 euros. Car hire is only recommended if visitors would like to drive into the mountains or around the coast. Taxis are economical and the bus services are quite good, also there are many good tours of the Island to suit all tastes. For guests who do hire a car there is a car park within the apart-hotel grounds, just let reception know and they will issue a permit to display in the car.
Further details
A supermarket is located in the San Eugenio shopping precinct. Banks and money exchanges are also close by. Europe's newest water park (Siam Park) is a 10/15 minute walk.
Booking notes
To make a reservation a £50 deposit is required for 1 or 2 weeks stay, for longer bookings a deposit of £50 per week which is non-refundable. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
