This large apartment is only 10 mins from airport by car or taxi and is situated on the quiet resort of Amarilla Golf the apartment is on the ground floor with views of the golf course and mount Teide in the background. This makes it ideal for disabled access. There is a swimming pool and children’s pool on the complex with free sun beds and parasols as well as a swimming pool at the golf club house. Only 10 mins by car or taxi are the lively resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas where there are much larger shops, supermarkets and nightlife, the beaches here are very nice. Los Abrigos is a few mins away by car and is a lovely old fishing village with several fish restaurants. The resort of Golf del Sur is only a short walk away. We now have the main English channels on TV! New for 2011 - We now have a refurbished and updated kitchen with diswasher, electric cooker and washing machine.

Travel cot available for babies at a cost of £10 extra per week. Persons 3 and 4 pay an extra £25 per person, per week. Longer lets (4 weeks and over) from £135 per week.

Changeover day is flexible due to the varied days of incoming flights.

Accessibility
Being on the ground floor of a 2-floor complex makes it ideal for disabled access 69cm opening into apartment. There is a slight step (approx 7.5cm in height) from patio to lounge. There isn't a disabled lift to toilet or bath. All other parts of the complex are wheelchair accessible.
Outside
The apartment has a private patio with outdoor furniture with sliding doors leading into the lounge. There is a swimming pool and children’s pool on the complex with free sun beds and parasols as well as a swimming pool at the golf club house.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk from marina and coastal walk. Only ten minutes by car or taxi are the lively resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas where there are much larger shops supermarkets and nightlife the beaches here are very nice.
Golf
Apartment overlooks the golf course. Clubhouse and country club approximately 150 metres from apartment. 18 hole course with par 3 and driving range. Golf del Sur golf course is less than 5 minutes by car.
Travel
Only ten minutes from the south airport by car or taxi. Car hire or use of taxi is recommended if you wish to travel further than the complex. Local buses within about 500 yards in Golf del Sur.
Distances
Short drive to Golf del Sur, Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The Water Park in Las Americas and Loro Park in Puerto de la Cruz are very popular and well worth a visit. A wide variety of boat trips available from Los Cristianos harbour. Don't forget to take a trip to Mount Tiede and take the cable car to the top.
Further details
Las Chafiras is a short drive from the complex with bank, ATM, petrol station and large supermarket. Within walking distance of the apartment there are a variety of bars restaurants and a supermarket as well as free wifi internet facilities at most bars in the area. The clubhouse has an ATM machine for cash withdrawals.
Booking notes
Normal arrival time is 4pm and normal departure time is 10.30 am unless prior arrangement is agreed. Non-returnable deposit of £50 per week with balance due 6 weeks before holiday dates. Deposit varies with longer lets. Please contact for more information.
