Situated on the outskirts of El Medano,this villa is in a very quiet residential area.The large patio doors from the lounge open onto the terrace and swimming pool area were there are sunbeds to bathe the days away,and a barbecue to enjoy a bit of outdoor cooking.This villa is only a few metres from the beach and is only a 15 minute stroll down the sea front to the town or 5 minutes by car, taxis/public transport are available.

Cancellation policy: the booking deposit is non-refundable. We only accept bookings for 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. Please add £100 per week for the Christmas booking. Book now to avoid disappointment for Christmas/New Year 2008/2009.

Bath towels and linen are provided but beach towels are not. |
Notes on accommodation
This accommodation is also suitable for a young family We do have a baby sitting service. Please note that the owners of the villa live in the ground floor apartment and are on hand if the need arises. This will not have any detrimental affect what so ever on the privacy of your stay.

Outside
We have a private swimming pool of 7.5m x 3.5m which is fully heated and sun beds where you can relax and soak up the sun from morning until night. The BBQ is charcoal and easy to use. The dining terrace has a table and chairs that will accommodate 6 people with plenty of space. Parking is directly outside the property.
Coast/Beach
There is a little beach 2 minutes walk from the accommodation itself. The beach in El Medano is renowned for being the longest in Tenerife, the water is very shallow and ideal for small children and has been awarded the blue flag for tourism over the last few years.
Golf
For you golfers The Golf del Sur course is only 15 Min's away.
Travel
Reina Sofia airport 10 minutes drive away. A car would be an advantage.

Further details
El Medano is a friendly village which boasts many many bars and restaurants and banks many on the sea front, or around the village square. El Medano is typically Canarian and quite unlike some of the resorts you would normally associate with Tenerife. For the sporty people wind-surfing, kite surfing are the norm here.
Booking notes
This villa is charged at 1 week minimum. A deposit will be required for every booking. A bank transfer will be required for the deposit, just ask when booking. We do ask for a 50 euros holding fee for damages etc refundable on departure.
