Club Atlantis is situated in Puerto Colon which is on the desirable westerly side of Playa de las Americas. The apartments are located in this well maintained complex with pool bar, 3 pools (including toddlers), family gourmet restaurant, hair salon and laundrette. A quiet but very popular complex which provides access onto Geranium Walk (now wheelchair friendly).

Changeover day
Rooms are ready from 14:00 hrs, with departure by 10:00 hrs so that the apartment can be cleaned. If you have a late flight the aparthotel has a baggage room facility for a nominal charge.

Notes on accommodation
The studios benefit from air-conditioning in the summer (by agreement with reception) and a safe is also provided. Cots and highchairs can be provided if we have sufficient notice. Also hairdryer available.
Accessibility
The whole complex is wheelchair friendly, and the Geranium Walk is now accessable to wheelchairs! Electric scooter companies can deliver scooters at the complex for a fee - details available upon request.
Outside
The balcony provides easy sitting during the day and a secluded area in which to enjoy a gin and tonic or glass of wine with a good book or magazine. I often like to take a stroll around the pool at night as the night lights around the pool give it a peaceful, romantic atmosphere, especially with some chilled sparkling wine!
Coast/Beach
The beach and marina (where all the boat trips for the dolphins and whales and diving trips leave from) with an abundance of bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes walk from the complex (30 metres approx).
Golf
Tenerife has a good number of golf courses that are within driving/taxi distance of the studio. All are situated within a 15-20 minutes taxi ride of 5 golf courses: Golf las Americas, Adeje Golf, Los Palos, Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf.
I also have noted that a 'Scuba diving' shop is situated nearby, and this maybe of interest to scuba divers.
Special interest holidays
Golf, scuba diving, bicycle hire, horseriding is available locally.
Travel
The airport (Tenerife South) is approximately 20 minutes drive from the complex and taxis are in plentiful supply. The hotel can also arrange hire cars from reception.

Further details
Puerto Colon, where the hotel is situated, has a large number of restaurants, banks, supermarkets and other useful shops. On the beach front are a wide variety of small supermarkets, bars and restaurants, along with hire car and sea/dolphin/diving trip booking centres.
Booking notes
We ask for a £50 for short stays (for each week) deposit to confirm a booking with the remainder of the balance at least 4 weeks before departure. We will then post the keys to you in the week before your flight.

About the owner
I love Tenerife, with its amazing climate. I especially love walking in the Teide National Park. It is a very unique place.
We are also love watersports - sailing, windsurfing and surfing.
We have two children and they love coming to Tenerife too.
My son likes the Teide National Park because they filmed some of the Star wars scenes at the Park.
My daughter likes the beach and the heated (in winter months) swimming pool.
