| Kitchen: | Kitchen area with hob, microwave/grill, fridge, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots/pans, a full set of crockery/cutlery and glassware. |
| Utility Room: | There is no automatic washing machine however a drying rack is provided and there is a laundry on the site. There is an iron and ironing board provided. |
| Living Rooms: | A light and airy room with 2 comfortable three seater sofabeds , coffee table, TV unit with 30 channel TV and DVD. Selection of books and games. There is a dining area with hardwood Moroccan style table and chairs. The front door leads to the terrace. |

Linen and towels are provided and are laundered once per week. The apartment is cleaned after occupancy. Additional services are available (midweek clean and laundry, daily maid service), at the expense of the client. |

Notes on accommodation
This complex is suitable for children. It is well lit and safe. There are three pool areas, sports facilities.(tennis/football/basketball/volleyball) and a children's play park. It is close to the Baku Water park.
CDs can be played using the DVD player and there is an IPod docking station.
There is WIFI wireless internet access in the reception area of the complex.
Accessibility
This is a first floor apartment. The steps leading to it are wide and there is a strong handrail. The stairs are well lit. However there are no specific adaptations for the disabled.
Outside
There are extensive tropical gardens surrounding the complex.
The site is very secure the only access is through the reception area which operates 24 hours a day.
There are 5 pools in total 3 - The opening times are from 10.00 - 18.00. In the upper part of the complex there are 3 pools - one for children 0.3metres - pool 2 1.3 metres - 1.6 metres- Pool 3 - 0.00 - 1.5 metres. In the lower part of the complex there are 2 pools - pool 1 for children 0.00 - 0.3 metres - pool 2 1.3 metres.
Coast/Beach
A short distance south of the old port are a couple of more spacious sandy beaches that have fine views of the Island of Lobos. The town is surrounded by sand dunes and miles of sandy beaches that form a nature reserve. The beaches between Punta de Tivas and the Tres Islas hotels, called Playa del Pozo, Playa del Medano and Playa de Viejo run in to each other and this sandy shore is sometimes called Flag Beach.
Golf
Golf is a very popular sport on Fuerteventura. We are fortunate to have a really excellent course in Caleta de Fuste, which hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. Quite an achievement for a course which only opened in Spring 2002. Despite Fuerteventura's almost constant sunshine and little rain, the golf course has beautiful greens. The winds provide a challenge for all golfers. The golf course also boasts a 5 star clubhouse, the Elba Palace Golf Resort Hotel, which also has a pro shop, a resident PGA professional, a driving range, chipping area, practice bunker and putting green.
Travel
Transfer times from Fuerteventura Airport to Corralejo is about 40 minutes. The journey is quite pleasant, going through some interesting villages. As you get close to Corralejo to your left you will see the Caderilla de Roja, one of the extinct volcanoes that created these islands, and to the right some lovely sandy beaches that stretch up most of the coast to Corralejo. The journey from the airport can be done by taxi at a cost in the region of 45 - 50 euros however car hire is recommended.

Sport in and around Corralejo. Corralejo's location on Fuerteventura means that it is well positioned for many sports activities. The are north and east facing beaches close by and this allows those who enjoy surfing, windsurfing or kite boarding to move to spend their days in different locations depending upon how the wind is affecting the waves or blowing in relation to the shore. Those that are into hiking or mountain biking have a choice of off road tracks, and the distances travelled can be adjusted to suit the time available. Fuerteventura boasts some of the finest surf beaches and lagoons in the canaries. Eating out is still remarkably inexpensive. Many new shopping centres have recently opened in both Corralejo and Puerta del Rosario. Golf is available in Caleta De Fuste. Many new cultural centres have opened to promote the island’s Mahon culture. Corralejo enjoys plenty of beach side bars and restaurants. There are new attractions such as ten pin bowling, waterpark, theme parks and plenty of fiestas during certain times of the year. There are new shopping malls opening, and the most recent is El Campanaria, within walking distance of Papagayo.

We are Ian, Fiona and Alex Wycherley. We have owned the apartment for the past 5 years and have been renting it privately for the last year. We love Fuerteventura, it is our second home. We love the beaches, the surfing and the relaxing pace of life. We hope that you will love it as much as we do.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We purchased the apartment because it is the perfect location for us as a family. The apartment is a good size, well equipped and is surrounded by extensive well tended tropical gardens. The complex has great swimming pools and sports facilities. Also it is really close to the beautiful beaches of the Dunas area. For surfing there are the beaches of the North end of the Island and el Cotillo beach on West coast. Corralejo itself has great facilities for families
