The villa is situated in the village of Tias. A 7 minute short walk from the villa you will find yourself in the center of Tias. Here you will find supermarkets, bakery, shops, bars, taxi rank, bus stop and plenty of good restaurants. The villa is south facing with views down to the coast. The electric and solar heated swimming pool makes swimming possible all year round. Situated around the pool are sunbeds, all with comfortable cushioned sun beds covers making relaxing a lot more enjoyable. The pool area is astro turfed making it easier on the feet and harder to slip after swimming. A large, fixed in, sun shade is situated around the pool for those who like to be close to the pool but in the shade. On the side of the villa is a BBQ with a large terrace giving you plenty of space.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, but are mainly on Thursdays due to a lot more choose of flights on this day of the week. Entrance time to the villa is 14.00 and departure time from the villa is 10.00, unless arrange otherwise before hand.

| Bathrooms: | The villa has two bathrooms, with one being en-suite to the main bedroom including bath, double sink, bidet. Second bathroom has double sink, bidet and walk in shower. Both bathrooms include a over head heater, to warm you up if cold after showering. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fitted to a high standard including electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and drying area with outside sink and work top. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge area has two sofas and a reclining TV chair, for the nights in front of the TV. It is also fitted with Sky TV (including ITV, and CH4 ) and DVD player. The dining area, which is just off the kitchen, has seating for 6. |
| Other: | The main bedroom has opening terrace doors which open onto the outside patio and garden. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen is provided and clean towels twice a week. Bedlinen will be changed if staying for more than 1 week. Beach towels are not provided. |

Accessibility
For wheelchair users- at the front of the property there is only 1 step up. From pool area to the front door there are 2 small steps which take you into the villa. Once in the villa all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room are on the same level. From the dining area to the lounge there are 2 steps. You can exit the lounge onto to the pool area as these are on the same level.
Outside
The main feature outside is the 8m x 4m heated swimming pool, with cover. Around the pool area are sunbeds with very comfortable cushioned covers, to make that relaxing a whole lot easier. The BBQ is situated on the side of the villa, just outside the kitchen door, making it easy to go between BBQ and kitchen.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches can be found in Puerto del Carmen only a 5 min drive away from the village of Tias. If you like the surf then you would head to the beaches of Famara, situated on the north coast and only about a 20 minute drive away.
Golf
Only a 2 minute drive from the villa is the brand new golf course, situated between Tias and Puerto del Carmen. Another 18 hole golf course is in Costa Teguise, only a 20 min drive away.
Travel
Car hire. This can be arranged for you with one of the biggest car hire companies on the island, with cars no more than 6 months old.
You can either pick up from the airport or have the car waiting for you at the villa. Tias is about a 5 minute drive from the airport.
There is also a regular bus service running between Tias and Puerto del Carmen.
Distances
The villa is in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, sandwich bars, bakery and taxi ranks.

Other activities available are scuba diving, golfing, go-carting, windsurfing, surfing, quad biking, water park, boat trips, submarine trips, horse riding, sea fishing, tennis, jet skiing, water skiing, parascending, snorkelling, cycling and much, much more.
Booking notes
100 pounds per week is payable as a deposit upon booking the villa. Final balance is due 6 weeks before departure. Children under 2 go free when accompanied by an adult.
