Only 15 mins from the airport Villa Ana is centrally located but in a quiet residential area close to all amenities; including well stocked supermarket and within easy level walking distance of the Old Town, Harbour, restaurants and the beach. The area is well served with sporting activities; tennis courts, golf course, windsurfing, fishing, diving, sailing, water park, go Kart circuit, rancho and windsurfing. Sight seeing attractions; Timfanaya National Park, scientific volcano centre, museum of art, cactus gardens, Teguise market, numerous carnivals providing loads to do for adults and kids.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Electric Pool Heating is included in Price for Winter months 1 November to 31 March. Other periods £35 per week. Discount for 2 persons is £95 off prices. When 2 consecutive weeks are booked a discount of 10% on second week (not applicable to rate for 2 persons).
Changeover day
This is usually a Thursday or Sunday but we are flexible. Time of departure is usually 10am and access to the villa is normally 2pm but please enquire as dependant upon circumstances and bookings we may be able to accommodate you.

Linen and towels are changed weekly with sufficient towels provided for the week, but you will need to provide your own beach and pool towels. |
Accessibility
The villa has level access from the pavement outside and the front courtyard, sun terrace, swimming pool and solana area are all paved at level threshold with no steps into the front or rear of the property. There is a single downstairs bedroom with adjoining bathroom.
Outside
Swimming pool and sun terrace:
To the rear is the pool which adjoins the solana area and sunterrace to each side. The private, mosaic tiled pool is 7m x 3m and 1.3m to 1.8m depth at each end and is accessed by the Roman Steps to one side which invites you in from the sun terrace area which also has an outdoor shower to cool off in. The pool is solely for guests use and is electrically heated in the winter. The sun terrace has a large teak table and matching chairs as well as 6 sun loungers for use. The solana area is shaded with stone marble table and matching benches overlooking the swimming pool and BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Villa Ana is a short 10 minute walk from the beaches of Puerto Del Carmen with Playa Grande being the premier beach with a mile of golden sand and blue sea as well as the adjoining promenade with its popular restaurants, pubs and clubs. There are several dive centres set in and around the Old Town/Harbour which again is a 10 minute walk.
Golf
The nearest golf course is the new 18-hole golf course at Puerto Del Carmen which is a five minute drive away and has only recently opened. Alternatively there is an international 18-hole golf course at Costa Teguise and another at Playa Blanca which are both about a 30 minute drive.
Travel
Arrecife is a short 10 to 15 minute taxi drive away for between 12 to 15 euros, alternatively cars can be hired from the airport or locally. A car is not essential if staying local or prepared to travel by taxi/bus. If however you wish to explore more we recommend hiring a car for perhaps part of your holiday as we find this most efficient as time can be split between relaxing and sightseeing.

Villa Ana is set in a quiet, central location of Puerto Del Carmen being accessible to both the new and old town.
Further details
Puerto Del Carmen has some of the best facilities on Lanzarote including bicycle and quad bike hire, Go Karting and Horse riding, tennis courts-2 minute walk, scuba diving, boat, fishing, submarine and pleasure boats, jet skis and much more. Most are within a 10 minute walk or drive.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week booked is required in order to confirm the booking.
Full payment is required 12 weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation 50% will be non-refundable between 12-4 weeks prior to arrival and no refund will be given when less than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A £150 damage retainer deposit is required for 1 week and £250 for 2 weeks, this is refundable following a report of no damage to property, contents and return of keys by our local team.
