The main villa is all on one level and is suitable for children.
There are steps leading to the lower ground floor accommodation.
Accessibility
Suitable for wheelchair users in the main villa and good access from the street parking.
Outside
Front entrance has terrace with dining table and chairs and parasol and BBQ for alfresco dining.
On the other side of the villa there is the pool with pool terrace and patio furniture incl. loungers and umbrellas.
Swimming pool is heated in the winter months.
Coast/Beach
Callao Salvaje at the present time has a small cove with small beach of natural sand and pebble. In the next 12 months there will be constructed a new manmade beach with promenades along the cliff tops.
Other very good man made beach are only 10 minutes drive from Callao Salvaje.
Golf
Prestigious golf courses of Abama and Adeje Golf are only 10 mins drive away from Callao Salvaje so is ideally placed.
Travel
The nearnest airport is 30 mins taxi ride away. Car hire is easily obtainable either at the airport or in Callao Salvaje.
Car hire is not essential for the villa as it is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Car hire would be very useful for touring Tenerife and sightseeling but there are also very good excursions and tours available at reasonable rates.
Distances
The larger busier resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos are only 10 mins drive away. Motorway access to all areas is only 6 mins away so ideally placed for touring all places of interest.

Callao Salvaje has numerous good supermarkets, some of which are open late and on Sundays. Three Banks. Money Exchange. Shops, Chemist, Doctor's surgery. Gymnasium in local hotel. Cafes and bars. Tennis Courts. Good daily bus service and taxis are readily available.

20% of the rental is required on booking.
Balance two months before departure date, normally sent to nominated UK bank account.
Refundable damage bond will be required to be paid.
