The highest town in Spain, Villaflor, is a 15 min drive. The National Park of Mount Teide, 30 mins. Popular beach resorts 20 mins and golfing, 15 mins away. Down the road there is a paragliding club and 25 minutes away excellent parasailing and windsurfing conditions in El Medano.

The area is renowned for its very good local and international restaurants with a variety of cuisine. A local restaurant, around the corner, specializes in typical Canarian dishes. Shopping and excursion arrangements are only a 20 min drive to Los Cristianos and Playa Las Americas. The old capital of Santa Cruz is a 45 min drive. Nearby local clinics offer a high standard of medical care with state of the art equipment.

Doors from the kitchen, dining room and bedroom 1 all lead out onto the well established patio and garden area. The garden has a fountain, small pond, barbecue area and (unheated) jacuzzi pool.
