Las Americas, Costa Adeje and several golf courses are only minutes away by taxi. The airport journey takes approx 15 - 20 mins at a cost of around 20 euros. | Kitchen: | Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine. Fully equipped with a good selection of pans, utensils and crockery. Cool bags with packs, picnic equipment. |

| Other: | The floors are grey marble through out, with plain pale grey walls, grey and black tiling to the bathrooms. The balcony has 2 sunbeds and a table to seat 6. Full blinds to the balcony, when lowered, provide shade in summer or extra privacy if required. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are included, the property is cleaned for your arrival and after you have left. There is a linen change for longer stays. We have a manager on site who can be on hand should you encounter problems with the apartment. |
Notes on accommodation
This is a very much loved home from home and there are DVDs and books for guest use. Children are welcome and we are sure they will treat the apartment with respect. Dinastia is a friendly place to be, there is a pool attendant every day, there is a charge of two euros per sunbed around the pool, parasols and mattresses are one euro per item. The pool bar is a great place to congregate, and for the sporting inclined, show football etc on 2 large screen TVs. There are plenty of lifts. Food is served from 9.30am for breakfasts upto late afternoon/early evening for snacks and home cooked meals.

Accessibility
Dinastia is located on a hill, therefore might prove a little difficult for those with walking difficulties. Scooter hire is available locally and there is a taxi rank to the rear of the complex. The apartments are spacious with wide communal walk ways and adequate lifts to all floors.
Outside
The large balcony has the afternoon sun, with 2 sun beds and a dining table to seat 6. There are full blinds fitted to the balcony which, when lowered, can provide shade in summer, extra privacy throughout the year, or make it a little warmer during the cooler evenings of the winter months. When the blinds are lowered, the balcony is almost like another living room.
There are 2 pools, adult and children's, both heated during cooler months. Inflatables, as per Spanish law, are not allowed in either pools. Pool equipment can be hired at a cost of 2 euros for a sunbed with a charge of 1 euro for mattress and parasols.
Coast/Beach
Los Cristianos harbour beach is the closest beach with a walk of approx 15 - 20 mins.
Golf
There are several golf courses within reasonable distance via taxi.
Travel
The airport is around a 15 mins taxi ride at a cost of approx 20 euros. For those hiring cars, there is parking close by to the apartment.
Further details
There is a large selection of bars and restaurants within minutes of Dinastia, and we are sure there is something for every taste. A taxi ride into Las Americas will give you a much more lively nightlife for those who like to dance the night away (I do!)
