Just round the coast from Los Christianos. Palm Mar is a small town with a large coastline which has a long promenade with stunning views and sunsets. It has an unmade beach of some sand. There are local bars, shops and restaurants. The many golf courses are only a short drive away (transport can be arranged). The villa is only 4 years old and has a private solar heated pool and air conditioning if required. Its main bedroom has a large en suite with corner bath and shower double bed and air con. The 2 other bedrooms are downstairs and share a bathroom and shower. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room and bedroom 3 has a built in cabin type bed which pulls out to 3 single beds.
