Approximately 15-20 mins walk to the town and beach. The nightlife is pretty varied with plenty of bars offering all kinds of entertainment from live music to karaoke and a wide variety of restaurants including Chinese, Italian and authentic Spanish, there is a local market on a Saturday morning. As well as numerous bars and restaurants the town also boasts a brand new shopping complex, a multi-screen cinema and a 10 pin bowling alley. A new 18-hole championship golf course is located next to a National Park. This golf course is second to none and in 2004 held the Spanish open golf tournament. Hosting lush fairways and swaying palm trees the golf course offers both an interesting and challenging test for players of all abilities. There's plenty to see and do. Perhaps you just want to relax and soak up the sun, or if you want to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf. The harbour is also home to many yachts and boats, which offer local trips.

Changeover day
The accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure. Changeover day luggage can be left at the property management premises.

Notes on accommodation
Pool safety: Make sure that children using the pools are supervised by an adult at all times.
Would guests please leave the property in a tidy condition and clean the BBQ after use and not leave in a mess, it is their responsibility and courteous for the next guests.
Note: Rubbish bins are located behind the property up the steps leading to the upper road.
Accessibility
The property isn't really suitable for most wheelchair users due to steps on the complex and with the complex being on a hill in Caleta although the hill can be overcome by the use of a car and there are only a few steps on the complex.
Outside
Gardens include patios, barbecue, outdoor furniture and loungers. Private swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
The bungalows location is situation on a ridge of a hill called chipmonk mountain and gives a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and coastline. Approximately 15-20 mins walk to the horseshoe beach. The harbour is home to many yachts and boats, which offer local trips. Excellent value for money with everything you need for an active or relaxing and peaceful holiday. A car is handy if you want the main shopping/resort area, but a great retreat to just relax and watch the world go by.
Golf

Travel
Bungalow is only 10 minutes from airport (Pick up can be arranged with property management). Great news: Easy Jet fly from Bristol, Liverpool and Stansted to Fuerteventura so search them for cheaper flights!

Baku Waterpark: Spend the day in Fuerteventura“s only waterpark, you will have plenty of fun. The rides and facilities in this Water Park are very modern. Oasis Park: is a Zoo and Botanical Gardens in the south of Fuerteventura. The Zoo features over 200 species including Alligators, Monkeys, Giraffes, Zebras and Birds. The American Star (shipwreck): In January 1994, during a force 11 storm, she ran aground on the 'Playa de Garsey', she broke in two and was declared a total loss!

Booking notes
To secure the booking 50% of the total rental by bank transfer plus deposit £100 breakage and excessive mess. Balance must be paid 6 weeks before departure date or deposit to secure may be lost. Deposit returned after management inspection. If booking is made 6 wks or less before departure date then the whole rental sum must be paid. If holiday is cancelled you must notify us by phone or email. If unable to re-let or accommodate alternative period the full rental is retained & deposit returned!

For 20 years we“ve been looking for an apartment/villa that we can keep coming back to,and this year,we have found it. No 57 is clean,comfortable,well equiped,peaceful,secure,welcoming and private. That“s all our boxes ticked. Add to that the bonus points....Very happy bunnies.
the pool is rather chilly,but on the few days the wind did not blow,we appreciated the chance to cool off. (march 16-30 2011)
the tv offers a good selection of channels...Once we discovered how to work it. I.E. The av button.
the view is amazing and feel so sorry for those who's accomodation has a view of the apartment opposite. It has been lovely to have all day sunshine.
