Two x large doubles with double beds and cot if required (one situated in the annex).
en-suite in annex.
Very large separate bathroom with jacuzzi shower for use with 2nd bedroom situated in main house.
Cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 microwaves, (one has a grill and oven facility).
Huge lounge diner, double sofa bed, double inflatable air bed. Dining table seats 6, Canarian seating, TV, video and DVD player.
Towels provided and changed twice a week. Linen included and changed once a week. Rooms cleaned as needed.

 

Notes on accommodation
Owners live in the property and would like to offer a B&B service in a traditional Canarian home. Full of character and charm with amazing views also offering use of the pool, jaccuzi and garden areas, for your pleasure. For naturists we have a private roof terrace for your use. Guests must be animal friendly as there are 2 dogs and 2 cats on the premises who think they own the villa/finca! All rooms have high beamed ceilings, floors are tiled throughout. Kitchen has top quality granite work surfaces with a breakfast bar which seats 6/8. Panoramic windows in lounge and very large wardrobes. Very suitable for children. Heating has not been required but can be provided along with large fans.

Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Outside
Mature gardens set on a plot of 1.125sqm of land. 3 patios plus roof terrace, barbecue in pool area for your use. Beautiful large courtyard with palm trees and cacti. Canarian oven. Pool size is approx 10m x 4m x 1.5m.

Coast/Beach
Three beaches 20 minutes drive - all of which are beautiful, the lagoons at El Cotillo are especially ideal for children. To eat we recommend Torinos which is situated on the beach.

Golf
Two x 18 hole golf courses 45 minutes drive. Spanish open held there last year.

Travel
Fuerteventura airport 30 minutes drive from house. We can also arrange airport transfers at a fee. Car hire is essential. Dont forget to bring your driving license!

Distances
Village 5 mins drive / 20 mins walk. Main town in north of island 15 mins drive. There is also a bus service from the village. The island as a whole is very easy to drive around and the drive time from north to south is approx 2 hours. There is a zoo, water park, children’s play areas, boat trips, snorkelling and diving. Large shopping mall and local places of interest to be visited. Lobos island to be visited along with the island of Lanzarote which is 20 mins ferry ride.

Further details
Two x local supermarkets in Villa Verde village and many other shops in Corralejo 15 minutes drive away where there are many restaurants in town and on the sea front. Plenty of nightlife a favourite is castaways on the front on the way to the marina, Phil is (Neil diamond) and Wendy Walker has a fabulous voice from Cher to Celine to Brian Adams! (class entertainment every night). There are also a selection of banks with link machines. The water park is in Corralejo together with the twice weekly market. There are also several museums in the north of the island which are within easy reach.Also an art gallery in the village of La Oliva, a few minutes drive from the finca.A new cave was opened last year and is worth a visit. It is formed from a lava tube which, they say, runs to the coast at El Cotillo. There is also a volcano to be climbed. A place not to be missed it Coffete which is at the southerwestern end of the island and a place where Hitler had a chateau which is still there. If you love camels then La Rosita is the place for riding or you can visit the Dunes beach and have a camel ride on the sand. All these trips can be arranged with the owners.
