The apartment has recently been refurbished for optimum comfort for up to 4 people. You can relax or dine "al fresco" on the ground floor terrace or sunbathe on the large first floor balcony from the bedroom. Take a short walk on the lovely seafront path leading to the beach and harbour of Caleta, where the whole family can enjoy a safe and pleasant sandy beach, water sports such as windsurfing, jet-skiing, diving or scuba-diving, bars and restaurants, mini-golf and a spa centre. The Atlantico Commercial Centre situated at the far end of the beach offers a large variety of shops and restaurants, a multiplex cinema and a bowling alley. Two golf courses are now available in Caleta for the enjoyment of keen golfers. The airport is a convenient 10-15 minutes drive away and a regular bus network is available if you want to explore the island without taking the wheel, otherwise car rental is widely available locally.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
The prices shown are reduced due to the swimming pool being closed until late 2008.
The hotels' swimming pools situated opposite the complex can be used instead and the beach is a short walk away.
Changeover day
Change over days are flexible, please enquire.
The apartment is available from 4.30 pm on the day of arrival and departure from the apartment by 10 am.

| Bathrooms: | The bright first floor bathroom has a sink, wc and a new bath tub. There is a separate toilet with a small basin on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new cupboards, large sink, ceramic hob with 4 rings, extractor fan, large oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. |
| Utility Room: | The convenient utility room by the kitchen contains the washing machine and water heater. |
| Living Rooms: | The open plan lounge is bright, airy and comfortable. There is a large convertible sofa bed, TV with British Television channels and a DVD player. The double sliding doors open on to a pleasant terrace, with patio furniture. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen, blankets and towels are provided and changed weekly. The apartment is also cleaned weekly. Beach towels are not provided. |

2 golf courses are available at the entrance of the village.
Travel
Fuerteventura's airport is 10-15 minutes drive away from Caleta de Fuste. Taxis, car hire and a regular bus service are available from the airport. Car hire is available within walking distance from the apartment.

Distances
Puerto del Rosario, the capital, is on the other side of the airport, about 20 minutes away from Caleta, its beach, Playa Blanca is suitable for swimming and bodyboarding. The salt museum of Las Salinas is about 30 minutes walk south of Caleta, the village of Las Salinas offers a cute little beach and a well known fish restaurant.

Numerous banks are available locally (most of them are open during the week until 2pm). Various kinds of leisure activities are available in Caleta and its harbour such as Trike Tours, Motorbike rentals, off-road biking days, diving, scuba-diving, glass-bottom boat tours, catamaran trips, fishing trips, a spa centre, tennis, mini-golf, bars, numerous styles of restaurants, etc. The Atlantico Commercial Centre situated at the far end of the beach offers a large variety of shops and restaurants, a multiplex cinema and a bowling alley.
Booking notes
A £50 reservation deposit (non refundable) is required per week booked to secure the booking.
The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to departure as well as a £50 security bond which will be REFUNDED on return of keys and confirmation of no damage.
