Out on the secluded lagoon of Los Lagos in El Cotillo sits this unique two bedroom beach house. The house is situated in the middle of two saltwater lagoons. Step out of the gate and you will walk directly on to the golden sandy beach, ideal for families with young children, this house sleeps five persons. The surrounding clear waters are perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling or fishing. This unique house is environmentally friendly as it is powered using solar, wind and backup generator.

Master bedroom has large double bed or can be split into twins. French windows lead out to small balcony with stunning views over salt water lagoon. Ample wardrobe space. Bedroom 2 is twin bedded on the ground floor with ample wardrobe space. Bathroom with shower over bath. Kitchen with gas cooker and over fridge with small freezer compartment. Water is heated by gas. Electricity generated by solar and wind. |

The house is fully enclosed by a gated perimeter wall making it suitable for young children.
Coast/Beach
Walk out of the gate and you are on beautiful golden sandy beaches with calm salt water lagoons making for safe bathing.
Travel
Car hire is recommended. The location of the house is a forty minute drive from the airport. Taxis are available and airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Distances
Central El Cotillo is a twenty minute stroll or 5 minutes by car.
Corralejo, the main northern commercial resort is a 20 minute drive. There is also a bus service that runs on the hour.
Further details
El Cotillo has several shops to cater for your needs. There are two banks with cash dispenser and a good variety of local restaurants. If you like fresh fish there is no finer place.
Internet and cheap phone calls are also available locally.
During your stay you will be looked after by myself, I am on call 24 hrs per day.
Booking notes
On booking a 50% deposit will be required with the balance required to be paid eight weeks before arrival.
