This smart duplex apartment occupies 3 floors in a modern complex centrally located in El Medano. It is fully furnished and equipped with all holiday essentials. The master bedroom has a double bed and large three door wardrobe and TV. The second bedroom is still spacious, has two single beds and a twin fitted wardrobe. Both on the second floor and share a large bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. The entrance to this lovely apartment welcomes you into an American style open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, with an additional shower room and wc plus utility room for the washing machine. The roof sun terrace has a table and chairs for alfresco dining, with cushioned sunbeds. Here you can enjoy views of the mountains and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. This holiday experience is not to be missed. A car is not necessary as all amenities are local. The main beach has a well deserved 'blue flag' reputation and is fabulously for everyone, especially families.

Note: prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Our prices are per apartment and not per person. An additional £25 will be required to use the sofa bed to cover the cost of linen and towels if 6 people are staying.
Cancellation policy: the booking deposit is non-refundable. We only accept bookings for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. Please add £75.00 per week for the Christmas Booking.

Notes on accommodation
The comfy lounge has a sofa that extends into a double bed should 6 people be staying. There is a large TV with Free view channels as well as a DVD player and some DVDs for the children. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is an additional 'miniature' dining table and chairs for the children. How convenient! The American style kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, juicer and large fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, ironing board with iron. All bedrooms have large wardrobes and plenty of draw space. Plenty of room for clothes and shoes - Ladies!
Outside
The roof sun solarium covers the entire upper living space and is a great place to dine, chill out and sun bathe. There are new sun beds with cushions which is great for that 'all over tan'. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy alfresco dining.

The beach is only 40 metres from the apartment.
Travel
Fly to the South Airport and follow the directions sent to you at the time of booking.
