Club Vista Serena is known for its friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful gardens, the swimming pools which are heated in Winter time, are an invitation to de-stress. The apartments are designed to make your stay carefree. The kitchen has everything you need, and we also have a programme called Holiday Comforts, which is a list of extra items such as latex mattresses, soft pillows, wok, rubber bath mats, etc. As you are on holiday you do not always want to cook. At the pool bar/restaurant they offer a wide range of snacks during day time and at evening you can enjoy a romantic diner à la carte. You can watch satellite television or ask the receptionist to put on a DVD. Books are available in our library in the area below reception, where you can also find our internet corner. For late departures we have a courtesy shower and luggage room. We also have a laundry room.

Rental prices are on a self catering base for 2 people. Please contact us for a price quote for 3 or 4 people sharing. 30% of the total rental amount will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time you make your booking. The remaining 70% is payable upon arrival. If you pay all upfront you get a 5% discount(except on special offer price).
Changeover day
We are flexible. The arrival time is after 16.00 hours and departure time is before 11.00 hours.

Accessibility
Our complex is wheelchair accessible. Apartment 6B has been specifically adapted to wheelchair users. The shower is in the floor, plenty of place to turn in the bathroom, grab bar next to the toilet. Easy access to bathroom and bedroom. The wheelchair guest will get the key of the garden fence to avoid the use of stairs which are next to the reception.
Outside
Two shared swimming pools heated in Winter period, one for adults and one for children. Patio table and chairs. Beautifully kept gardens. Balcony or terrace.
Coast/Beach
We are around 3.5km from the beach of Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles and Meloneras. You can reach those place in less tah 10 minutes by car, walking will take around 30-40 minutes to get there.
Golf
Golfers can find nine courses on the island all within a 50 kilometre radius. Within a short distance, you can combine several courses in different settings. All of them have been developed by the most prestigious international designers and offer exceptional features for the game. This is why Gran Canaria has become the home of prestigious national and international tournaments over the last few years.
Playing golf in Gran Canaria is more than just playing a sport – it’s an oasis of peace where you can calmly enjoy your game and the good climate.
The nearest Golf course is at Maspalomas (18th Hole) only 3 km away. The golf course of Meloneras is around 3,5 km and Salobre golf at approx 7km distance.
Distances
We at the south coast have everything almost right next door to us. By car, in 5 minutes, you can be in Playa del Inglés, Meloneras, San Fernando, Maspalomas. Las Palmas is at 50 km distance, the old centre Vegueta is worth a visit. Nice towns in the north with interesting places to visit are Agaete, Teror, Arucas, Galdar, Moya on the west side you can visit Aldea de San Nicolás, Mogán, Puerto de Mogán on the east side are Telde Valsequillo, Agüimes, Ingenio.

Gran Canaria offers a wide range of leisure activities such as: Camel Safari Park, Horse Riding, Holiday World, Helicopter tours, Submarine Adventure, Sport Fishing, Boat trips, Cocodrile park, Water park, Banana Park, Karting, Mundo Aborigen. Shopping centre to visit are Faro2 (10 minutes walk), Varadero (exclusive shops), Yumbo, Cita, Plaza, San Fernando.

Guest comments
Vista Serena is so much better - with proper cooking facilities, a decent fridge and freezer (handily stocked with water when you arrive) and all the small appliances you will need (juicer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). And it doesn't stop there - thoughtful touches like washing up liquid, a sponge and cloth, and kitchen roll are provided so that you don't have to rush to the Supermercado to buy this stuff at inflated prices. The room facilities get better - with a lovely bathroom that doesn't seem to run out of hot water, plenty of snuggly clean towels changed far too often (JOKE!), a decent (and quiet) airconditioner and even UKTV Gold - finally more than CNN!!! The gardens are gorgeous. Well cared for and with lovely touches. But the staff are the biggest revelation. They simply cannot help you enough. Friendly and accommodating, they always have time to help whether it be booking a taxi or attending to any (rare) problems in the apartments. Kevin & Stewart
