Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a private heated pool, recently re-furnished to a high standard located in a quiet residential area of Callao Salvaje close to the sea and beach area within easy walking distance of local shops bars restaurants etc. Said to be the sunniest area in Tenerife. This property also has lovely mountain views including Mt. Teide. All amenities are close by so if you don't want to drive you don't have to. Large patio doors and a sun awning over the terrace give ample sunlight and the garden attracts the sun all day. For those wishing for the busy day and night life of Playa de las Americas the villa is approx 10 min drive away.

Changeover day
Changeover day is generally Friday but depending on season we may be able to adjust this accordingly. The villa is available form 3pm and departure is 10am.

Ideal for adults, families and the elderly as this property is mainly on one level with just one step to the pool area. A short stroll away from all amenities. This villa is set in the ideal location for whatever you want to do when on holiday. Local golf courses are close by. The property is fully fitted with everything you need for a holiday including 2 hair dryers. Guests are requested not to smoke inside this beautiful villa.

Accessibility
Although not adapted for the disabled this property is on one level and has no steps from the road which has plenty of parking.
Outside
A large terrace with sun awning provides the perfect place for sunbathing and relaxing under the glorious sun of Tenerife. Two sun beds and cushions are provided. A barbecue is provided for further convenience - please supply your own charcoal available locally. Take a beer from the fridge and relax. The glorious swimming pool is approx 5m long and 1.8m at its deepest.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is a traditional half sand half shingle volcanic coloured cove which is going to be upgraded shortly. There is a jetty for fishing and snorkeling.
Local buses or taxis will take you to other beaches to include Fanabe, Puerto Colon and Playa de Las Americas all about 10 mins drive away.
Los Gigantes is about 20 minute drive to see it lovely harbour and spectacular cliffs.

From this property you will find 3 golf courses close by easily reached by car or taxi.

Travel
Situated 30 mins drive from Tenerife South airport (Reina Sofia) this villa is ideally situated. hire cars are available at the airport or in Callao Salvaje itself, car hire is not essential but if you want to see and explore the island it is recommended. Plenty of taxis serve the airport and cost approx 30 euros to the villa. Airport transfer companies are also available.
Distances
Playa de Las Americas is approx 10 mins drive providing chic boutiques, bars, restaurants and clubs, the list goes on. Los Cristianos, a few minutes further, will provide ferry access to Las Palmas and La Gomera. Spectacular views of La Gomera are seen from Callao Salvaje.

Shops, bars, restaurants, money exchange, bakeries, banks and souvenir shops are all in the resort. Doctors, pharmacies, car hire, and day trips are all available locally. There is a local taxi rank. further details will be found in our welcome book in the villa
Booking notes
Bookings will require a 20% deposit with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made in £s Sterling to a UK bank account. Our local management company in Tenerife will deal with any problems you may have.

Our fist visitor Pauline said this: The property was of a very , very high standard and more. Every room, bathroom was stylish, clean to the highest of standards. The swimming pool was larger than expected. There were out side lights and no one over looking the pool or the villa. Very secluded. The shops were a stroll away, with supermarkets, bars, and the beach. The buses were always on time, Callao Salvage is in a good position to travel to any part of the south. We purchased food for the ten days and stored them in the outside building in the very large fridge freezer.
